  • they don't allow you to sit in the front anymore luckily i have done it twice.

  • I work at Walt Disney World. Test Tracks top speed is 50mph and the monrails top speed is 55mph.

  • thats weird i remeber that it was quicker,i think?.?

  • seems kinda fast.

  • Ilove the Disney Monorails

  • I can't wait until our trip in Nov. 08!!!

  • This was a nice video, but I'm surprised the monorail didn't go any faster than the bus on the road.

  • I was thinking that myself but remember we were told that the train goes at 35mph so i would assume the bus would go faster

  • they told us (on the recorded message as you ride) that it goes 40 mph, which is just a nice pace to be able to watch the sites along the way.

  • I was wondering that the same but when i was there i found out that the monorail goes 35mph.

So the bus would travel a bit faster probably

  • well that bus was on the highway so they'er going fast.. and the monarail goes a good speed

  • Thanks for the ride. I bet you anything that's the same monorail I rode on to and from Epcot back in 2002

  • this goes fast where the road goes to the parking area i do this each time i go to magic kingdom

  • When you go in the front, at the end of the ride, you get a card or a pin

  • I was just wondering... I've never been to WDW so ya know... Can u take the monorail from one park to another? and like get off? lol

  • Boy does this bring back memories. :)

  • This indeed is the fastest ride at Disney World. If you're lucky enough to get a seat in the front, the conductor (more often that not) will let you 'drive' the monorail. Arguably one of the highlights of my life =)

  • Are you being sarcastic or you being serious about being the fastest ride? =]

  • Actually I think that Test track is faster, if I remember correctly the monorail is only run at 40 mph but has a top speed of 55. But I could be wrong.

  • Test Track goes up to 65 mph I believe.

  • well where the train is it should be going about 35 mph right there, but the shakey-ness of the curves can make it seem like its going a lot faster.

  • ahahha por favor montangas en sialijados de las puertas....gracias (idk how its spelled but my entire family knows it =]) next junnnne baby 11th time cant waitttt

  • I was riding the monorail and it broke down in the middle for like a half an hour.

  • Jack Wagner's voice is still used for the "Please stand clear..." spiel.

  • Yeah he is. His voice had such a rich timbre to it. And for years his voice was associated with Disneyland and Walt Disney World

  • No the old narrator was Jack Wagner, he was the VOICE of Walt Disney World when it first opened. Nearly every prerecorded spiel voice was his.

  • I like the new monorail narator better than the old one.

  • I Love The Monerail

  • seems kinda fast.

  • I remember watching another video and they said it goes 35mph.

    =]
