To be fair it's not that hard to get maxed out rings in all of these without TASing.

The levels in Sonic 2 are something else. I've heard it has a Perfect Bonus for the special stages, but in almost 2 decades I've never seen one for myself...

@flussence Yeah, everything up to Special Stage 5 is easy to max. This is actually ment to be a buildup to Special Stage 7. But it has been ages since i've done this, hopefully i can get back to this soon enough.
