I just requested a FOIA Freedom of Information Act of my passed record form this department. And I received it in the mail completely unsealed! It's nice to know that the Streamwood P.D. not only has officers that beat people, but they have police officers that never even heard of Identity Thief because they seem to think that sending someone's private personal information through the USPO in an UNSEALED envelope is okay? This Department should be looked into more as more problems appear!

I also fee l it is important to remember that this guy ( the cop ) was turned in by his own dept. One of his superiors was reviewing the previous days arrest and saw this. It is very rare for a dept to pursue charges against one of its own before the public even knows anything about it. This dept discovered a crime by one of its own and took appropriate action.
