This song sums up what I had with a someone who ended up being the catalyst for me to face the monster heartache of my life, bringing me to my knees before Jesus Christ Himself. 7-1/2 years later, I am just beginning to get Lifted Up.
This song is beautiful, touches the Soul, and is a form of Reconciliation with the past.

I spent 6 years with someone who barely showed want for me, ended a year ago this coming month (Dec) 3 days after my birthday and here I am still feeling as though I was just crushed. Funny, I also pray daily and believe fully that God has His hand in all things good and bad. I wish you the very best of treasures ahead.
Why do people care when it's wayyyy too late? what is the use? why do things happen like they do? You know what? When you screw up and let the love of your life go...don't call them years later to let them now you finally "get it"...what tragic drama and pain...yuk

Death does not usually leave a calling card - it hardly ever knock on the door or shouts 'You Hoo' .. so the light of your life can be extinguished before you know it is even flickering.
