One must admit the probability that it was a gratuitious assertion that Will's name was seen on a list at a hospital and was then transferred to an unknown facility. By now his identity would have been ascertained or he would have contacted family or friends. It may be weeks before his body is found, if ever. I hope none of this comes to fruition. It does no good to ascribe a special purpose to random events like the tornado. It was just bad luck this time around. Sad.
