I must say you compositing skills and 3D work is impressive, also good use of using a blur offset. But old surveillance footage, keeps the date and time on the center lower third in usually in 1 line not in a paragraph. The time code on the top is kept in the center also. And the font has to be OLD numeric block formation. Good job on first attempt though. Also the video needs to be a little more washed out looking.
