  • yo you missed a part - watch brian may guitar lesson vol. 2, first song

at the end hes going from 9th to 6th fret on D string.

    good vid though thx

  • @ToriRocksAmos here's a lesson to learn to actually play this note for note /watch?v=X5bj9ayZWnA

  • That really helped, its a good thing you're here, because I'm considering playing this for my ensemble music exam. Thanks alot!

  • @LookToTheStars24 Awesome! I'm glad this is helpful to you! This song would be great for an ensemble performance. If you need help figuring out any parts just ask!

  • Hi just can't figure out the way the last part on the 11th fret goes! Please help!

  • @sammybenboy Starting at 0:36, D8, G8, G10, bend G10 to G12, release bend, G8, G10, G8.

    Then the part I think you're talking about it is B11, B10, B9, B8, G11, G10 bend to G12, release bend, G8, D10, G8, G10 slide to G8, D6, trill between D6 and D8 two or three times.

Let me know if this helps.

  • Thanks so much for this....this has been really, really helpful for me---I appreciate your hard work and hope you keep adding more solo's from Brian May.

  • 0:05, what are you doing?

  • @PrinceMaxfield I release the bend, pull off from 11 to 9, pick 11, pull off to 9, pick the g string on the 10th fret.

  • @Z0751 , ty

  • The part that you play full and other string is not easy!!!

  • @MrNek36 Which part are you talking about? If you can tell me what part of the video is giving you trouble then I can help you.

  • @Z0751 I am talking about 00:19 part. You can understant? I cant understant what are you doing there

  • @MrNek36 I bend the B string two notes up at the 11th fret without picking, then I pick and release the bend, pull-off to the 9th fret, then play the 10th fret on the G string. Does that answer your question?

  • @Z0751 Yes thank you very much

  • if u can put tabs for annotations that would help

  • thanks man

  • Thank you soo much for this man. It saved my life I need to have the solo learned by this friday, and I have it pretty close thanks to this video. I sent a video response to you with the results :)

  • @gtjordan781 Awesome! I'm glad this helped you. You should have no problem getting it perfect by then, you've got it mostly already. That's pretty awesome that you're doing it with a choir.

  • @gtjordan781 here's a lesson to learn to actually play this note for note /watch?v=X5bj9ayZWnA

  • hahaha tabs plzzz im lost in a part

  • Sorry, I don't have any tabs. But if you tell me where you are lost I can explain it to you no problem.

  • @Z0751 ok men

im lost i the last part mmm when u use th 8 fret XD

  • @darktopika hahaha and maybe u can write the frets plzzz :D

  • ok, i'll write the string and the fret number.

    D8, G8, G10, bend up to G12, release bend, pull-off to G8, G10, pull-off to G8

    then

    B11, B10, B9, B8, G11, G10 bend to G12, pick and release bend back to G10, G8, D10, G8, G10 slide to G8, D6, hammer-on D8, pull off D6, hammer-on D8, pull-off D6.

I hope that was clear enough.
