I would say to run this game you need

An ATI Radeon HD 4800 series or higher graphics card.

At least 2 gbs of RAM.

At least a duel core 3+GHz Processor.

That would probably achieve playable framerates on medium settings.

Even at the same GHz, the i3 has Nehalem technology (if a program , such as a game , only uses 1 core, the other cores will be underclocked and the one in use by the game will be basically overclocked. This is called Turbo mode. Same thing happens if it's a quad core and a game is using 2 cores)

@lmFromNorway it'll run at very high with some lag at a low resolution with no anti-aliasing but I reccomend this:

Textures: Very High

Objects: Very High

Everything else (except below): High

Post-Processing, Particle Effects, HDR, (right side of the Graphics options screen) all on Medium.

These settings make the game look extremely good whilst maintaining around 40fps (With my GTX 260, you may be able to get a few more!)
