Blimey O'Reilly. That's the biggest cat pyo I've ever seen. Shame it wasn't weighed to see just how big it was.

@TheFoxAcount it got infected which caused it to become inflamed and started filling with pus. That's why it was so big, I'm guessing it was left unattended for a while also until the owner saw the cat wasn't acting normal

Oh my gosh.. that poor cat. I'm definately spaying my kitten when she gets older... :(

At least this kitty is doing well now. That would be simply awful to be lugging around in your body..

My dog got closed Pyometra, I thought I was gonna loose her, the people at K-state would do the surgoery for $1500, the local vet did it for $400....
