Jimmy Carter is right, if Romney is nominated by the Republicans Obama will win the Presidency. I don't think this country would ever elect a Mormon president. We will have a Jewish president before we get a Mormon LOL

In the 70’s a few evangelical leaders realized that they had a valuable product to SELL, the political power of religion in America. Corporate America was happy to buy it and use it. This transaction had nothing to do with morality. Had the progressives been a little sharper at the time, or perhaps a little LESS ETHICAL, then they would have bought the Jesus franchise and then they would be in power now instead of the right wing conservatives. Religion in America has become very evil.
