basically if u sail at above county level i.e. in national open events, or in international sailing events then you should get full marks (providing of course you can sail!) there is a mark scheme, which ur teachers can give you, then you need to get some video and a written letter from a qualified coach to say you are capable of doing the items on the list. Its all really very basic, i.e sailing at close proximity with other boats, capsize recovery, basic racing skills etc....
yeah... they are very good and constant in speed... i go on the 420 in torbole(lake garda-Italy). There is always many wind... about 15 knots in winter and 20+ in summer
