GnR is actually doing good work.I mean check your facts. there are million classic bands out there that don t do any good work. GnR did an interesting album and was very good on tour. The former members are doing their own things and many of those are also good.So..

And if you call AC/DC an average rock band, just remember that they have the 2. most-selling album of all time, the back in black album. What's uniqe about AC/DC is that they have one of the best blues-rock guitarist on the world, they sing only about sex, women, beer and partying, they have allways sticked to what they do best. I don't say G'nR suck, but AC/DC are good too

@grainin93 lol thats exactly why they suck, money does not equal talent, and singing about sex, beer and parties shows how weak they are, they cant cover any real topics because its all about the money for them, look at Bowie or Lemmy those guys talk about women and drugs, but also about religion, politics, society the occult war etc. as much as i enjoy GnR, i think some of the lyrics they have pale in comparison to other artists.

AC/DC CHOSE to play the way they play and write songs cause thath's what they love doing, AC/DC is like a cake, and when you have a really good cake, why bother change the ingrediens??? AC/DC is a "let's pop a beer and party"-band, G'n'R are more political, more deeper in the lyrics, yes i agree, but thaht's what makes them both uniqe bands, cause they are different and special band for ages

@hellchild65 I agree what you're saying about AC/DC playing alot of the same stuff, but they never play the same riff, it's always a new way to play around their ideas. AC/DC wants to make good music people can relate to, and the fans mean more to them than money, one of the first things they did as a band were to build a fan base. G'n'R is a more darker hard-rocking band than AC/DC, and G'n'R are just great!!

@hellchild65 But it's wrong to determine which band is the best band, cause you can't compare them. If you want deep lyrics, listen for instance to R.E.M. If you want party songs, listen to AC/DC or G'n'R, depending on what music you like. So you can say "i think G'n'R are better than AC/DC" and I can say " I think AC/DC are better than G'n'R" but it doen't count, all that matters is the music you like yourself. Don't get me wrong, I love G'n'R right under AC/DC!!

Saw GNR in Phoenix & they kicked ass! Axl's vocals & each band member brought their own style to the show. They ended the year with a bang! Literally! Loved DJ Ashba, Bumblefoot, Fortis on guitars! Amazing show because it was fronted by Axl Rose. Who does 2 plus hours now a days! Best show ever!

Axl is Guns N Roses. Nowadays they play much better than before. Ashba, Bumblefoot, Fortus, etc. this is the rock evolution and i's something not everyone understands. GNR is the best band. I saw them 4 times (2001, 2010, 2011 (2)) and the evolution is awesome. They perform percfectly fantastic live. Axl's my God. So funy and cool man.

I remember when G&R first started in the 80's. Axel screwed up stuff fro G&R. They were awesome in the 80's and 90's until Axel Rose screwed up the band and started this group.
