  • very helpful as I also have had t6 - t11 fused due to scoliosis, leaving my with a 45degree curve in upper back, but gad it was stopped, and a second curve in lower. that was when I was 13 not in my 30s I still have a permanent 30lb weight restriction. No gym will help me due to this. I am trying to strengthen my back the best I can, and posture is always something I am mindful of and not always easy for me. Thanks for the info
