No that's what happens when you sled pull with big tires and don't know how to drive. You can pull with a lifted anything as long as you know how to frkn drive. When your tires start to shift like that you can feel it pulling - STOP!!!. Or you'll break tierods like this guy did.

@86godsmack lol dirtymaxs dont own any sled pulls with a ifs front end and the 6.6 with aluminum heads=light as fuck be prepared to break out your wallet to get a half way decent truck dodge and ford on the better hand have a solid front axle and seem to do the best in the pulls every truck has its place though duramaxs are fast as fuck and do awsome at the drag strip.

There is no problem with the chevy IFS if you get tie rod sleeves and straight centerlink if your gonna sled pull or drag race. But without the sleeves, the tie rods will bend or break during a hard 4wd spooled launch
I agree. The Chevy and GMC tie rods are known to break primarily due to that simple poor engineered part, but it is easily reversible by getting some tie rod sleeves, which is why I got em.

you cant go by truck pulls to see whats better... everything is 100% customized so if a dodge puts $20,000 into it and a chevy puts $10,000 into it obviusly the dodge will win
