Ive been practicing energy stuff for a few months now, and im quite pleased with my results. I can meditate for about 10 minutes and get to a level of about 10-20 times a regular person's energy, but i have a hard time controlling that much. I can create a psi/chi ball in about 1-2 minutes. If any of you need any help at attaining energy you can ask me and we can bounce ideas off of each other =)

Ill let you in on a little secret, Telekinesis is impossible, you cannot move objects just using your mind without a force. But, if you use chi/ki, that is the force that could move things.
