I can only speculate about the many possibilities that new dispersal tech, aside from artillery, jets and missles, will take.

@Slavestorms Except that we're seeing (well not me, but there is a photo of one over Mauna Kea) a LOT more of these types of ANOMALIES that USED to be quite rare...and NOT just over mountains - over deserts, islands, parking lots, highways, etc....

@DianeDi Search Lenticular clouds. They are most common over volcanic peaks like Fuji, scalar energy fluctuations from the earth.
Don't forget we are hurtling through space at over three million miles per hour, held together by those same energies.
I don't think it's aliens, haarp or magic.
