In the British Isles, especially in the Celtic fringe, brunets are found, but are never the majority. And the brown allele is dominant over the blue, so the blue has fewer chance to appear again even if it won't really disappear. Only 2.2% percent of world population have natural blue eyes so don't get surprised if a lot of europeans look dark. If you want blue eyes, go buy lenses or pay a $5000 laser surgery in USA. I wouldn't do that.

In the British Isles, especially in the Celtic fringe, brunets are found, but are never the majority.
