The best way is probably to find an old bmx, cut of the frame in half, remove your steeringwheel on your snowracer and then wield the fronthalf of the bmx to it, i sugest to hand it in to a pro, hence the snowracer is aluminium, which is rly hard to wield in

i personally use the steering wheel...but to put bmx bars on...im not 100% sure but i'd think all you'd need is the "goose neck" and bolt the front ski directly to that...but like i said im not 100% sure man
