Everyone benefits from commercial space tourism, including NASA astronauts who can fly missions after they retire from NASA.
Without commercial space tourism, what is the fun in cheering on other people to go to space when you can buy a ticket at Virgin Galactic for SpaceShip Two and SpaceShip Three?
For starters, your 1/24 scale GT-II is WAY out of scale. Doesn't even come close to looking like a Titan III-M with a Gemini/MOL uooer stage either. Second, PopSci isn't exactly the greatest source of factual news (witness their earlier prognostications that NEVER panned out, like the "F-19 Stealth Fighter"). Finally, after viewing these appropriately titled "rants," I've safely determined that you're unfortunately all boost and no payload.
I have the same issue of Popular Science and I hated it... It only seemed to support the army and it struggle to conquer and foul everything and it appears that space is next. The current issue showcases future technologies to spy and control our population. Popular Science has hone to hell in the same basket as NASA. You can not go through one of their issues with out seeing an add for the fucking ARMY. It's supposed to be a magazine for intellectuals not for drop out teenagers.
by the way the aroura has a scram jet not a ram jet scram jets can intake air at super sonic speeds and the aroura is not a space shuttle it is a declassified prototype from the 1960 when the x-15 was doing tests from the pods of b-52's
Also, you don't know anything about NASA. And ANYONE can go on the net or even a Wal-Mart and purchase a model rocket kit. Seriously, if you want to be taken as a respectful, intelligent person, get the FACTS to back up your claims. You make Bart Sibrel look like a nice man.
How did you guess, Bigjim32? I was slated to attend the Air Force Academy, but my opthomologist said I had night color blindness. So I went to Berkeley.
@bigjim32@bigjim32 How long is it going to take for the common people to go out in space. When you want something for EVERYONE there seems to be a benefit for all mankind. Only astronauts can go to space and it's been how long? How long did it take for people to benefit from the airplane after it was invented? How long did it take for people to benefit from the lightbulb? How long did it take for people to benefit from the automobile?
The rockets haven't even looked different in design over the years. In the private sector they have to constantly make new designs. New computers, new cars, new tvs. Im so sick of people feeding into NASA it reminds me of feudalism they labor to only benefit a few.
I give you credit for caring about this stuff. You certainly have a lot to say. Unfortunately, I think NASA isn't the secret organization you take it for. That's just my opinion though.
I don't know squat, but I can surmise that the military doesn't share what they consider classified. NASA can read those same magazines that you do. Can't they get inspired by possibilities?
I think you're confusing ramjets with pulse detonation jets.

NASA lies about Ufos and the real structure of our World and the real technological state. Many Members
are Freemasons and Zionist, they are very haughty.Nasa is a corrupt organisation with more military aspect as
civil use. They destroy our Atmosphere our Nature (ecological system) with the old rocket engine.

Wow looks like you have a 2 stage Titan stomach!
Built from scratch? No, I have the same kit.
You hate NASA? Then ignore it all. And don't buy their ships as model rockets...
I heard sirens in the background in the beginning, looks like the Nut House is trying to find you from your escape.

Looks like you have a 3 stage belly.

So you're saying only astronauts can go out into space? Then you throw hominems at this guy.
