*Why does wikinomics closely related to aeroplane production? (Airbus has "Fly You Idea" program to gather new idea to design environmental friendly aeroplanes)

*What is the essential elements for the idea od wiki to work well in aerospace industry? (eg. Lean, leadership, working together...etc)

@applesweeter i'm an engineering graduate at Airbus and i can say that we've just started to recognise the potential of wikinomics in our department, and are looking into the benefits. I've formed a small group of like minded people to look into the long term deployment of user friendly collaboration and shared knowledge tools, to see how they will make our jobs easier.
