how does the door at begining open out? i have the same console and game but i cant figure it out!!!!

It's open at the start because I waited through much of the cutscene. As the cutscene is occurring, a guard will come out of that door and leave it open for a while.

I believe you need an expansion pack to play the story missions.

I assume you're referring to the Defection A record of 6 seconds (which I share with a number of others).
There are extra objectives on PA difficulty.

a little lower in the glitch on the top floor and you would've already completed the level in less that 10 seconds
