It is shameful, pathetic and apalling that people who lived a block away reported the horrible smell, yet this man continued to get away with what he did. Countless health department workers were made aware of this odor. Had it been a white neighborhood, this would never had gone on for as long as it did.

I dunno, I'm pretty liberal but for rapists they should be castrated before being placed in a watched community dwelling. They should have curfews and should be in police parties on holidays like halloween.
