  • I've always wished that George had more tracks on Beatles albums. He was phenomenal, and I think John and Paul underestimated him.

  • learning this song is the hardest shit ever..........

  • two of the greatest love songs ever written for 1 beautiful woman. thank you patty for the inspiration

  • Really guys, just enjoy the music ._. No need to be immature. Why don't you all go read a biography about them or something if you wanna know what happened.

  • @mrryno72 seriously, i have a little brother thats 9 and knows that, but i dont go posting that all over beatle videos.

  • @EvilGeniusAlyssa uhm Pete didn't quit, the beatles replaced him with Ringo because they just didn't think he meshed well (at least that's the story they said) they liked ringo, & didnt just pick him because they had no choice. & the name "Ringo" is not an alter ego; it is his nickname since he wears rings. And it doesn't matter how young you are, and since your 13 you wouldn't know If Pete was "phenomenal"

  • @CheerJaja -Coolstorybro.

  • Hay the original album cover!

  • There was at a stage a fifth guy Stuart Sutcliffe he was bassist.

  • There was no 5th guy. Shortly before they became famous, the drummer quit. The drummer was phenominal. He was replaced by Richard Starkey.. (or Beatles alter ego, Ringo Starr). He was not better than the original Beatle, but they needed a drummer. I'm only thirteen, and I know this. Shouldn't you guys?

  • @EvilGeniusAlyssa Here's a must read section about The Beatles

    truthcontestcom/entries/the-present-universal-truth/beatles

Just put 3 w's then a dot in the beginning, dot before the com and .html in the last.

  • @EvilGeniusAlyssa I'm sorry, but you are wrong beyond belief. Pete Best, the original drummer, was an incredibly sloppy drummer incapable of keeping a steady beat and staying on time. The Beatles tried out many different session drummers, including Ringo. They felt that since Ringo was a solid drummer with a near perfect tempo, he would be a perfect fit. Their producer George Martin agreed fully with the decisions on both ends of the spectrum, and they then replaced Pete Best with Ringo.

  • @gixzo -K. That wasn't the point I was trying to get across. There wasn't a fifth guy. I don't care whether Pete Best is a terrible drummer or not. There wasn't a fifth guy. Was there? No.

  • @EvilGeniusAlyssa Metaphorically speaking, there were more than four. And that is the point the other people are trying to get across. George Martin, their producer, was considered to be the fifth Beatle by the band members themselves. This was because he provided piano on many of their tracks. Pete Best was a sixth member, considering he was the original drummer. Stuart Sutcliffe was a seventh member because he was the original bassist. These are all members BEFORE they got famous.

  • @gixzo -I realize, but as they performed during their fame.. only four actual Beatles performed live. Only four were on the CD cover. Only four REALLY performed during their fame. Otherwise YES, there are more than four Beatles... metaphorically speaking. -.-'

  • @EvilGeniusAlyssa And this is the reference the original comment was making. Common sense is preferred here.

  • yes little girls at 5 can have a crush yeah i ws five in 63 and yes they can fall in love

  • Pete Best was the original drummer.

  • @michcomedy yeah but Ringo was better

  • @FancyProduction1 who? Stuart? Yeah.... he died.......

  • The Beatles are just sheer genius. I mean, think about it--it took them an eight-year period--EIGHT YEARS--to completely revolutionize popular music. And in those eight years, they released THIRTEEN studio albums. That's a whole lot of music to produce in such a short amount of time.

  • I love the Beatles so much! This is one of my favorite songs. :D

  • The absolute best bass line by Paul on any Beatles song.

  • George wrote such a beautiful song n Paul was right-there to garnish it with a sick Bass backing. Pure Beauty of the Beatles

  • This has to be the best sound reproduction I have ever heard on YouTube. The bass is deep and rich and the high ends are not shrilly. You must be a true audiophile.

I always did love the photo on this album. It's a shame we lost all that cover art when compact discs came along.

  • @tubeviewerthree This wea not supervised by Geoff Emerick??

  • @tubeviewerthree my dad has an original print vinyl of this record....and its awesome that it has so much to enjoy like the cover art and the lyrics on a giant booklet....

  • @tubeviewerthree you mean when mp3s came along, with cds you still got a booklet to look at, now it's just a small digital image looking so far away...

  • AWESOMEE!
