I just started playing DMC4 on the pc and all I have to say is WOW this game is awesome. It has such good presentation with the cutscene fights. The main character just is a complete badass and the music fits well with the fighting.
The pc controls suck! Not going to lie, I mean really using only the key board and not the mouse? Who thought that was a good idea, didnt work for the last game and it doesn't work for this one. If your playing it with a controller though it REALLY fun, and one of the best games you could buy
oh and another thing...you can't buy abilities for devil bringer,red queen etc with red orbs in dmc4 idiot. you use proud souls. just a friendly tip....quit your job and never do reviews again. just start cooking or smth

But it's not different. It's anything BUT different. With the exception of the DB, there's nothing different about DMC 4. it's the typical save the princess SL that's been done to death. Only with a more shittier main character in DMC 4 this time. other than the DB, they offer nothing different. These fans are fooling them selves if they think so.

And yes, Dante taking a back seat has a LOT to do with the flawed game design and gameplay. Seeing as how must people felt that when you were playing as Nero, you were playing as a supporting character due to the fact that he lacked so much variety compared to the name sake character. For about more than HALF the game, youre playing as someone with only one sword and one gun. Thats not tuned to perfection. Thats a step back in terms of both design and game play.

I don't see how using a mouse can make this game enjoyable, you could have better control of the camera sure, but you need at least 5 buttons on each hand to play properly, even if you have a mouse with 5 butons it'll be so awkward.
I would say that some types of games benefit from the M/K setup than others. RTS and FPS are best with M/K, Action games and platformers feel best with a controller.

Might be your RAM. Usually things cant be read properly if one of the chips are faulty. You'd be surprised as to what sort of problems faulty RAM can cause.

well i played dmc3 and 4, not 1 n 2. I must say the fourth is better than 3rd as it is more faster, the 3rd rebellion takes a bit to slash while dmc4 its just like that and boom boom, fast attack
um i dont think so, coz like the game comes with 2 discs, u have to install on both of them. No u cant run 2 discs at same time. full game takes 3.4gb
This reviewer is way to nice... also i beat the game in 8 hours on medium and I dont think im particularly skilled either. This is not a long game and you have to re tread through alot of the levels. Also he seems to think that the player is supposed to care about the plot? Eeeh I didnt like it exept for the delichious combat

Show's how much you know. There was little to no growth in this game what so ever. They totally destroyed the formulate that WORKED for the previous game and messed it up with this one. It opens up nothing more but a barage of angry TRUE DMC fans who are pissed off at seeing their series get flushed down the shitter. it's not the first time it happened. They did it with the resident evil. With the exception of the Devil Bringer, there is nothing new or exciting about this game.

I don't see how using a mouse can make this game enjoyable, you could have better control of the camera sure, but you need at least 5 buttons on each hand to play properly, even if you have a mouse with 5 butons it'll be so awkward.

I would say that some types of games benefit from the M/K setup than others. RTS and FPS are best with M/K, Action games and platformers feel best with a controller.

WOW!!this review is TERRIBLE!! Devil May Cry is the most stylish game ever and why they put music from DMC2?! DMC4 has a soundtrack with 3 cds and they put from DMC2?! The only music from DMC4 in the review is ''The time has come'' of Nero's battles and they put it on gamplay! Dante and Nero are not the same who is Nero Vergil?But the truth is the secret missions in DMC4 are very very hard, I have pass them all^_^.

dmc4 combat is worse than dmc3 combat.
except for changing styles during gamelay.
bosses are easy not hard...even in dmd mode.

This reviewer is way to nice... also i beat the game in 8 hours on medium and I dont think im particularly skilled either. This is not a long game and you have to re tread through alot of the levels. Also, for top knotch gaming, make sure your computer has atleast 2 Gig RAM. (this is optional) But as games are getting more advanced you are going to need 2 Gig RAM
