  • The lack of safety gear donned by the safety crew! o_0

  • The guy that ran up is part of the tractor crew not track crew

  • Thats a ton of money blown to shit.

  • NOOOO NOT THE JOHN DEERE TRACTOR!!!

  • needs more jet engine.

  • Only in America..............

  • mad respect to the guy that went to get the driver out

  • @yaovue That guy needs to have the proper safety gear on or he shouldn't be part of the track crew. Would've been nice if he had brought a fire extinguisher too.

  • @ffjsb Yeah I totally agree with you there.

  • @ffjsb atleast he saved the drivers life?? nooo that's not the smart thing to doo

  • @MadGunnerMan The man who ran up did nothing to save the driver, he saved himself. The driver pulled the steering wheel off and exited on the other side of the tractor. Had the driver been unable to free himself, the man who ran up had nothing with him to do anything. One of the basic rules of firefighting and rescue is to never go up to a scene without some kind of tool. If the driver had been trapped, all he could have done is watch him burn.

  • @ffjsb what if that was his dad?? you would stand on the sidelines and watch your dad burn?? and he was taking the tin off the sides in the end... if you're observant you would have seen that

  • @MadGunnerMan It doesn't matter if it's his dad, son, brother, gay lover, etc. If he's not an OFFICIAL track crew member, he shouldn't be out there. And if he is supposed to be on the track as part of a crew, he needs to be equipped for the job and he wasn't. As for taking the tin of, that has nothing to do with anything. There was still fire underneath and he didn't have an extinguisher. If YOU were observant, you would have seen that. There shouldn't be amatuers on the track crew.

  • @ffjsb there's fire INSIDE of the tractor, so you're just going to spray the tin with a fire extinguisher? thats as smart as putting gasoline on a fire

  • @MadGunnerMan First thing, like I said, he didn't bring a fire extinguisher, so what's he going to do if he gets the "tin" off? Second, if he gets the tin off (without getting burned) it'll most likely flare up and he'll get burned worse. You don't have to remove the hood to put out the fire anyway, the nozzle will reach throught the edges and side vents.

  • What did you except it's deere..

  • thats the fastest i have ever seen a hillbilly dismount a tractor!!!! thats gotta be some kind of record or something.

  • Oh my! Not Good! With all that fire I would scram too! Goodness,I like that steering wheel idea, just curious how its held on the shaft? Is it an overcenter latch or a pin?

  • the pussy is crying like a monkey.. 0:15

  • @galenater123 a lot of the tractors used for pulling have removable steering wheels like NASCAR drivers use.

  • man, that guy seemed like he was in a slight hurry!! lol

  • Pinches Gringos another one they fill up with Budweiser

  • did he just rip out the steering wheel?

  • redneck, NYC baby!

  • Why is it that an engine always seems to be running its best right before it lets go?

  • Tractor Pull Engine Explosion das müst ihr sehen

  • He wanted OUTA THAT MOFO!! lol

  • I find it horribly funny... the first guy to come there climbs the part thats on fire to get him out of the fire....

  • Geezz-These alcohol engines seem to have a greater tendancy to grenade then the boosted diesels do. SMOKE RULES !!!

  • Can you say PANIC?

  • that tractor sounds so dam sexyy

  • I didn't know venison was so flammable

  • Comment removed

  • lmfo i didnt even knew this sport exsited

  • Everyone wants to be superman! Fuck, next time go naked, save the guy then have a nap on the damn thing!

  • @SweNoXc that was just completely uncalled for

  • thats what you get for beeing a redneck

  • QUICK QUICK..... SAVE THE STEERING WHEEL!!!!!

  • DAM !!!!!! empresive !

  • jeez, all the drag racing vids are just cars driving up a straight road, all the circuit race vids are just cars going round in circles, id much rather see them just driving slowly to the shops........................ why do dumbasses leave dumbass comments...............

  • @suncheets1 No one said you had to watch it. This was uploaded for those of us that do find it exciting.

  • @LittleAce94 Actually, I wish the film went longer. I wanna see how they put the fire out.

  • @suncheets1

You should watch videos of a tractor tearing up some grass or something.

Leave this video to real tractor guys.

  • @suncheets1 why do you search for this if you don't want to see it ? It's like: I don't like Justin Bieber...o...I'm going to Youtube and search some stuff about Justin Bieber and than I'm tel everybody I don't like Justin Bieber. So don't search for it.

  • @Poetin1975 hahah no need to act tough now in front of your fellow tractor pull engineers the actual owner of this video took care of that. And the only reason i came to this video is because it was recommended to me so i thought hmm this may be interesting.........sadly disappointed

  • @suncheets1 you have to appreciate the extremes that the engines are built to. Most of these guys run well over 200psi of boost. A stock car maybe makes 15, and a souped up one 30. A race car 60. Some guys push close to 300 in these tractors. The sled pull is really just a test of how well you built a tractor.

  • john deers new production model

  • nothin runs like a deer lol XD

  • The guy that got in the way of the driver was spraying a small fire extinguisher and keeping the fire down off the driver. Looks like it was probably a small Halon one.

  • What is the first guy that runs up spraying?

  • This guy may not have won the competition, but he most definitely should win 1st Place for The Quickest Escape competition! This guy didn't waste anytime ejecting himself. Pay attention to how fast he went from unbuckling himself to dismounting his steering wheel to exiting the safety cage ... This is soooo PRO!!

  • @M4zone pretty much, except you go for distance instead of speed.

  • mission fail!

  • just gotta luv u americans and ur stupid S*** :) no im just kiddind. I love all kinds of motor sports but this is just something retarded. what is this a redneck version of drag racing?

  • @M4zone its called tractor pullin dude n just bc it has tractors in it dont mean its for rednecks im sure theres a few rednecks that do that but for the most part it aint its just ppl who soup up their tractors n show em off

  • No smoke? :(

    Diesel all day

  • I always figured bouncing a running engine wasn't good, now I know.

  • IT'S JOHN DEERE !

  • Oops!, crank was blown away....

  • @snugnsilky

who in there right mind would intentionally blow up there motor or harm there equipment. that just sounds dumb. even if it was a old motor you can rebuild them.

  • @snugnsilky These comments from a cross-dressing asswipe that calls OTHERS ...inbred. Get lost you poser. Fucking tosser.

  • @snugnsilky I seriously think you have never attended a tractor pull, you inbred idiot. Get back under your rock.

  • @snugnsilky

You are fucking retarded, just so you know.

  • @snugnsilky I hope you do know that these engines have around 6 thousand horse power or more and when they go they go. plus all the damage it would cause to the tractor any ways you in their right mind would do that. oh and most of these engines any ays are only used once. thats all they are good for.

  • @burnbabey12 They are definitely not used just once.

  • @LittleAce94 x2 there deff not used once... custom cut blocks aint cheep and they dont run coolent.

  • @LittleAce94 no little ace most of these engines in professional tractor pulls or only used for one show. then they are torn down and rebuilt. Or they just use a new motor entirely.

  • @burnbabey12 Nope not these guys. This one right here is in our shop now. Still has the same motor as when this video was taken (same block too, just patched), same as when this tractor was built, and that same motor actually came off another tractor.

  • @LittleAce94 well that pretty much explains why this thing blew up on you. My uncle used to drag race and after every trip to the track he would come home tear down the motors mike and meassure the copponents and if they were bad hey would toss them. If they were good he would keep them. He works in a shopp he did the same thing for a few tractor pullers too.

  • @burnbabey12 Well yeah you check everything and if something bad then yes you replace it. Thats part of maintaining a well running machine But theres the if it aint broke dont fix it principal in place here. Only thing that normally gets replaced (if something doesnt go wrong) is spark plugs and fluids. Definately not the entire motor. No one replaces everything every time, professional drag racing or tractor pulling. That would be a tremendous waste.

  • @LittleAce94 ya i know what you are saying but thats what i was getting at. It's like if my uncle had a bad rod he would replace it. If the heads of the pistons were a little warped he would replace it if a spring wasn't with in so many thousands he would replace it ect ect....

  • @burnbabey12 Right. Like I said thats part of maintaining your machine. I thought you meant just replace the motor all together.

  • @LittleAce94 Naw i do that sometimes im not to clear on what i mean. Sorry man

  • @burnbabey12 how do they manage to be SOOOO SLOW?

  • NOS just kicked In

  • @snugnsilky true story, no coolant.

  • @snugnsilky Besides there is too much money involved to harm the rig, the driver, block, head, turbo, fuel system ect ect.

  • @snugnsilky Actually whoever told you that is an idiot simply for stating anything about the coolant. Because guess what? No coolant.

  • @snugnsilky Ummmm no one in their right mind would do that on purpose. In fact I have never heard of anyone doing that. Actually whoever said that was completely wrong because typically you replace engine parts little by little in these as needed. You dont grenade a block like this on purpose. Especially this particular tractor which we know the driver/owner personally. You, sir, are an idiot.

  • @snugnsilky What would you do if a few thousand horsepower blew up? Shut up, troll.

  • DID YOU SEE THOSE SPECIAL EFFECTS?!

  • @SapphireSonicX :D I was thinking the same thing, but the funniest bit was that there was this guy standing on the foot step - with no protective gear, as opposed to the driver - but she didn`t really notice much, she was pretty much panicking it seems.

@ Littleace90: Good clip, thanks for posting :)

  • so what type of engines are in the tractors? they sound like jet engines lol

  • @redprojet Heavily modified ones lol that jet engine sound is coming from the 3 turbochargers hanging off the front.

  • must of had a ford motor in it.

  • That guy climbing all over the tractor with the fire exstinguisher was hardcore. He attacked that fire with fire retardant vengeance!

  • @KnightInBrightArmor That guy attacked it with RETARDED vengeance! No proper safety equipment and an extinguisher that would barely put out a birthday cake for a five year old. If your gonna be the safety crew, do it right!

  • @ffjsb Ah, your probably right. But if people didn't do stupid stuff like that we wouldn't have youtube would we? :) How would we ever fuel our sick entertainment of watching other people put themselves at risk? I am convinced that the real hero here is the man without the safety equipment. Cheers to you random blue-jeans-puny-fire-extinguisher-man. Without you, life would be that much more boring.

  • @KnightInBrightArmor Nice commercial.

  • @ffjsb I may have had a bit of media inspiration on that comment, yes. :)

  • at 0:05 and 0:07 you can already see some oil or fuel leaking from the underside of the engine block......

  • @mofowtp That's just blowby. Its a tube that comes out of.

  • @mofowtp thats actually supposed to happen thats called blowby all diesel engines have a tube that sticks out the bottom of the engine n white smokey lookin stuff comes out of it thats called blowby

  • how fake

  • @ek93477 Fake? What do you mean, fake?

  • @LittleAce94 dontlisten to him hes a fag that was so real

  • @dragata1 I was there lol I know it was real. I was just wondering why on earth he would yell "fake". I know this is the internet and that's what trolls do but... Still. Why?

  • @LittleAce94 idk maybes hes gay and needs a real life but i just dont worie about then and he needs to watch it again then hell notice how stupied he was saying it was fake

  • @ek93477 im guessing you touch yourself at night??

  • I always wonder if the bouncing causes the explosions

  • Not usually. Occasionally a line can come loose or something but these things are made to withstand that kinda stuff. So explosions, no. Other problems, maybe.

  • The marshals are equiped like 1970s F1 marshals.

  • Told ya a woman cant drive.

  • good services

  • at what rpm do most of these engines top out at?

  • This class turns anywhere from 6-8 I believe.

  • nice FLAME job!

  • assistant full profesional

  • no fire extinguisher, blue jeans with sleeveless shirts, guaranteed someone had a beard BUT the best one of all, the guy who got in the way of the driver.

  • @SlyFox87gt yeah it seems like every video i have seen of a fire happening the someone always seems to get in the way of the guy on the tractor

  • yeee hawl

  • Why does the engine always explode in front of the filmer?

  • Like when it's at the end of the track? That's just because it's typically when the motor is turning the hardest.

  • Friends don't let friends drive

    Green tractors....

  • Does not get any greener than this. Puns intended.

  • A bunch of people go runnin' to the rescue, but nobody with a fire extinguisher.... PRICELESS!!!!!!!

  • HAHA thats Ky for you beleive me I know I live here. Think it was priceless watching it on video, ha you should of seen behind the camera. Now that was pricless one guy standing next to a fire extingisher and runs to the stands

  • that thing was pulling like crazy..." a raped ape" kinda thing

  • Not burned I hope!!!

  • Oh Deere! Hope she fix-able?

  • Yup. She's back on the track.

  • Yep...she won...by 19ft... saturday night here in Hopkinsville KY

  • Dont understand...Who funds them ? Its not like it costs 10 dollars or 10 euros to fix a broken engine?

  • No one really funds them as far as sponsors go. Not these, anyway.

  • You dont get into tractor pulling to make money these guys do it coz they love doin it

  • nothing like going to the tractor pulls and sharing a slop bucket whooo weee get er done.....

  • Awesome job by the track crew. Glad ur alright. Nice puller.

  • That'll singe your nose hairs.

Ace, you going to be at the Miami Valley Steam Threshers meet in Plain City, Ohio come July? I'm not even sure if it's a large enough event or whatever, but there have been some pretty wicked tractor pulls out there.

  • I doubt it. We hardly ever leave the midsouth area. It's just not really worth it to drive for 10-12 hours then come back the next day.

  • surely ethanol, no smoke at all from the exhaust

  • Correct.

  • wow...keep it on the track there....thats what happend when you involve a John Deere with pulling

  • International fan, I take it?

  • Was that a ethanol fire so we could hardly see flames?

  • Yes. Many of these tractors are swapping to ethanol, or alcohol. When the alcohol burns, you see that little blue-green flame for a bit.

  • methanol. not ethynol

  • Safety crew was right on top of things. You do nice work Ace,are you on the net ? How do I get in touch.I'm building a pro-farm,thanks.

  • Thanks for taking interest. The website is acechassis. com.

  • that guy can't drive for shit!! the tractor is a hunkafucker too!!!!!!

  • Hey, easy. I don't see you out there doing any better.

  • i was there.i videotaped this whole show.

  • Were you in the stands? I was out on the track, and I taped the LSS and HSS classes. Did you capture a more interesting view of this?

  • no. your view was much better.i was in the stands.

  • I thought the safety guys were on top of it. Moving fast and ready.

  • safety crew is quick on response good stuff to see

  • I think that was the roughest pull I've ever seen.

  • anyone want chat?
