@Durandal1717 that would makes sense dkl an killer instinct were both composed by greame norgate i would asume he was influance with his killer instinct score that he decide to make this song simerlar to killer instinct
Man... I remember listening to this song on long road trips... always made everything seem better. Oh, and for those who don't know, I've had this song as my #1 favorite Game Boy track for a long while (although I haven't heard Stickerbrush Symphony from DKL2. I've heard it's a good piece of music). Anyways, this deserves another click on the "like" button.
"Hey, I found a K! Easy! And an O, really soon afterwards... Now an N?... G, that's the whole set. What's that thing? JUMP ATTACK HIYAH-What in the world? The letters formed a bridge!"
"Every 1's a Winner" influence!

Man this has such a Killer Instinct vibe to it. I don't think anyone made better game music than Rare.

@Durandal1717 That's because half of the soundtrack was composed by Graeme Norgate, the composer of Killer Instinct's soundtrack.
He sure did know how to rock the GB's sound processor, didn't he?

Best track on Donkey Kong Land.
Too bad it didn't get used in the Game Boy Color Donkey Kong Country (if I recall, they reused some tracks from this game for that game).

Ah, the days of playing this game on the Game Boy.
This was my favourite level, and I am now one happy person reflecting on one of the best platformers I have ever played.

This is my favorite track in DKL...I'd really like someone to do a remix of this (It sounds like it would great with a gituar).
