Well, I did my own intrepertation of the song, It was never my intention to imitate her. My voice is really high, so I sang this higher than the original.

Simon Cowell....From American Idol and the England's The X Factor know to give negative feedback in a pretty harsh way....
Anyway, I wasn't commenting on the style you sang which I think was a nice style for the song. Your KEY is off from the music. If you had sang it acapella then it wouldve prob sounded better. Play this one for ur voice teacher, she/he will explain it

I agree... You've got pretty (what?pretty? VERY!) good voice, but you need to listen better to the right key... Sorry!
