Actually back then Finland was very poor country. Soviet Union didn't steam roll us. Finland is only country in the world that has stopped Red Army - and our fighters did it twice. Our army leaders were great strategists and average finns back that day were skillful marksman because a lot of people hunted game. Of all the European countries fighting against the Nazis, only three European capitals were never occupied: Moscow, London and Helsinki.
