Yea that was in the Wildside vid and his drum solo during the Wildside tour also used the spinning platforn and two years later he did a concert similarly but it was on an electric drum set and he played all of his favorite songs but he used it because of Motley's moto its bigger, shinier, and louder.

The cymbal height everyone is bitching about...look more closely at the video...The cymbals are attached to a mechanism on the throne, when you move the throne forward the cymbals will come down to a playable height. Which I would guess is set according to where "you" set on the throne. Pretty innovative if you ask me. Practical? Who knows. That thing has to cost a furtune though.
