first as soon as you get to the update sreen take out the battery i put cfw on my friends 1000 psps with my slim battery i did it 2 times you stick the slim battery into the fat not all the way just hold it in and have the charger plugged in it should start charging then you hold the button you use to get to the update screen for me it was holding L or triangle and 4.01m33 screen
