@Maurizyo91 It's in the description. I wrote a daemon (parled) that talks with clients through a UNIX domain socket and controls the parallel port. Then I wrote an XMMS visualization plugin which talks to the daemon in order to continuously update the state of the LEDs according to the average (IIRC) intensity of the sound samples provided by XMMS over a short period. I can try to dig up the code if you need it.
