@shumo4 No, 8.0.5 will only work with a Digidesign interface. The upgrade from Pro Tools 8 to Pro Tools 9 is very cheap, though, and will allow you to use the Duet (in addition to a lot of other massive improvements).
@adrianh63 Your keyboards will be plugging into the line inputs and will sound perfectly clean that way. Do be aware that channels 1 and 2 are mic inputs (the 1/4" jacks are for inserts) and I personally prefer to avoid plugging keyboards into them.
