  • What is the music that plays at 2:33?

  • @TheStealthX It's from the Drop Zone soundtrack and it's by Hans Zimmer. It's called "Too Many Notes Not Enough Rests." A lot of people will tell you that it's from Pirates of the Caribbean but don't be fooled. Drop Zone came out many years before Pirates. They used the same piece of music in a Pirates trailer though.

  • i love this film and i'm 9 years old!

  • Goddam, I love this film.

  • The bad guy took another man's daughter and tried to form her and turn her into a shame. A symbolic example of the hidden wizardry that goes on in the Kingdoms of Spirits.

  • Catherine Zeta-Jones has NEVER been hotter than when I honestly thought she was Hispanic.

  • Antonio has really good comedic timing. Specially at :59 when hes swinging the sword lmaoooo love this movie

  • //SATELITLGTVUSA

  • what a movie this is!

  • <33

  • I can just imagine Zorro having a cat like Puss in Boots.

  • Antonio Banderas is so sexy! :)

  • Zorro vs Ezio could be interesting.

  • best zorro adaptation ever, IMHO.

  • ZORRO REMAKE,ZORRO BEGINS

  • Sir Antony Hopkins made this movie great.

  • Anyone know the epic song name at 2:34?

  • @leowaannzzz94 Hans Zimmer - Too many Notes, Not Enough Rest

  • whats the song at 2:34?

  • This was a great movie. Why don't they make great adventure movies anymore?

  • Watched it back in 1999, amazing flick, still holds up ;D

  • still remember when i had watched this movie 10 years ago, catherine zeta-jones was so fuckin hawt..

  • DId they stop using voice over for movie trailers? Noticed they used the same music in POTC CUrse of the black Pearl.

  • 2:44 thats was a huge shotgun blast

  • i like zorro's costume at 2:47, the kind of "makeshift" version. it reminds me of batman begins, when bruce wears the body armor without the paint or the chest symbol, and without the cape or helmet, just wearing a mask. shows that they didn't just become their alter egos overnight, it was a gradual process.

  • Catherine Zeta Jones. i dont care if you havent been in a good movies over 10 years. ONE DAY YOU WILL BE MINE!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i was wearing a zorro mask while watcing this :D

  • What's the last song within the 30 seconds of the trailer?

  • @BroadwayDivo It's from the Pirates of the Caribbean 1 trailer

  • @AdmiralJab I noticed that to. Was Catherine Zeta Jones not well known before this movie?

  • @Nightavenger2 Probably. I'd never heard of her before this movie.

  • @BroadwayDivo it's called i want to spend my life loving you, by tina arena and marc anthony xo

  • funny fact- Zorro was on Marvel Comics in a few issues. However, Bruce Wayne's(Batman's) was inspired by Zorro as a kid lol

  • Pointy end goes into other man

    Lmfao XD

  • RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

*knocks sword out of his hand*

    LOL

  • the mask of zorro was a legend

the legend of zorro was....um....not a legend

  • cool trailer

  • i love 0:55 - 1:05 hilarious! lol

  • i have broken the 4th commandment.... you kill somebody LOL great movie still to this day.

  • hans zimmer should have made the soundtrack of this movie.

  • @supaFLYcc James Horner ruled the 90s my friend (just as John Williams ruled the 80s), and Horner's score is beautiful.

  • //SATELITLGTVUSA HRISTO&MARGARITA LYUBOMIR

  • //SATELILGTVUSA HRISTO&MARGARIATA LYUBOMIR

  • its weird how batman has something to do w/ zorro n sherlock holmes haha n the 40s comics

  • the music is very similar to pirates of the carribean at the end.

  • @OhMyGoth Or rather, Pirates sound like Zorro...Zorro came first ;D But you're right, they do sound similar!

  • @OhMyGoth It's from the score to the movie "Drop Zone" which Hans Zimmer also did.

  • What's interesting is that the same music near the end was also used in the Puss in Boots theatrical trailer. How appropriate. Do you think the advertisers had this trailer in mind when they put the music in the Puss in Boots trailer?

  • @GameStation3 Yeah I knew it sounded familiar right when I heard it on the POB trailer. And both are played by Antonio Banderas so... maybe they did.

  • "Did you miss me?" EPIC quote at 2:44

  • 2 things martin campbell can do very, very good: James Bond movies & Zorro Movies!

  • It's Puss in Boots!

  • @mitrooper I see I'm not the only one who noticed there are a LOT of similarities between the trailers / movies :D

  • From 2:32 to the end...what is the name of that particular music that is playing?

  • Man, I wish I were michael douglas right now, he got to pound her in bed!!!

  • this movie will always be a classic!

  • Anyone know the music from 2:34 to 3:07 ?

  • @CSIperea no one knows

  • @CSIperea "Drop Zone" soundtrack by Hans Zimmer. The name of the track is: "Too Many Notes/Not Enough Rests".

  • @kEnnYabSOluteBitCh well, duh! Did you want the movie to be in spanish so that only spanish people could understand? It's an english movie! Besides, I'm pretty sure they're SUPPOSED to speak in english because in the legend of zorro he speaks both english AND spanish...............I'm done...that was long, sorry.

  • This movie is incorrect when she talks about the Ten Commandments. Honor your mother and father is commandment number four. How hard is it to look in a bible?

  • @haleyteddy03 well, it is correct. Because she didn't give details, but what she means was that she fell in love with the man that was her fathers mortal enemy.

  • MMMMMMMmmmmmm Miss Zeta Jones!!!!!!!! Yes Please!! ;)

  • This reminds me of the TV Show Batman Beyond, which if memory serves came out a year or two latter.

  • catherine zeta jones is insanely beautiful in this movie. (well she always is but... ya know lol)

  • Such badassery.

  • "do you know how to use that thing?"

"Yes. The pointy end goes into the other man."

    priceless.

  • They give away so many jokes!

  • this is going to take a lot of work lol ^^

  • Seems like all 80's and 90's trailers with Voice Overs always start with "In a Land" or "In a World"

  • @DjfunkmasterG And of course end with THIS SUMMER

  • @DjfunkmasterG Hahaha!

  • in a land where freedom is a memory....mexico...lol..

  • While I like this movie, I still wanted to see the Robert Rodriguez R-Rated version that was originally planned in 96-97

  • omg at the end her dress falls off OH MY GOSH

  • @rockers4618 I wanted to see her boobies (.) (.) MMMMMMMMMMM!!!!

  • I <3 zorro ok i am under 13

  • this was such a good movie. well cast, nice story great action. Not a challeningling film but a fun one nontheless

  • Where in MEXICO, was filmed? gracias

  • whats the girls name?

  • @Str3akify Elena played by Catherine Zeta-Jones.

  • 1998...how is that old? what are you people, 4?

  • @SavingPrivateBob it is over 10 yrs old, in movie land that ain't recent

  • antoni hopkins, the best zorro ever!!

  • @gladiussecus -No, Antonio Banderas is much better!

  • @kEnnYabSOluteBitCh shut up, you're an absolute bitch!

  • Comment removed

  • love the last scene >////<

  • I cant believe this movie is so old :S its still one of the best though

  • Its a legend

  • ...meow...

  • What's the music that starts at 0:32?

  • @matt484991

    the plaza of execution

  • Definitely a childhood favourite! CZJ is still my favourite actress to this day.

  • whats the name of the song that begins at 2:35?

  • @spartanlord91 It's called "Too many notes - not enough rests" and it's by Hans Zimmer on the Drop Zone soundtrack.

  • @recoveryprankcalls no. both of them were realy good

  • "You kill somebody???"

"No! That's not the fourth commandment!"

    "Psh! Of Course Not!"

    Banderas Epic WIN!

  • this was such a good action movie.....i wish they made them like this today!

  • 2:41 was that scene cut frim the movie..i´ve seen the movie like 20 times and i´ve never seen that part from de the movie .he only says "you know zorro,he could be anywhere at the end of the movie(in his house) and not when he is with the people behind him.

  • @42845666 yeah, even I feel that it's been edited out of the movie 'cause in the duel scene ( in the movie cut ) Banderas just appears to descent from somewhere above...the camera doesn't show 'where' he descended from.

  • COOLEST TRAILER EVER!!

  • hahaaa 'do you know how to use that thing?'

'yes! the pointy end goes in the other man.' <3 i laugh so hard!!!!

  • @shadedbunny ikr, that sounded wrong! lol

  • " Father, I need santuary will you help me?"

"Zorro? Is it really u? THe years have been kinder to you than they were to me!"

lol I laughed at that scene

I LOVED THIS MOVIE I RECENTLY BOUGHT IT ON BLURAY... IT LOOKS BETTER THAN EVER!

  • Those were the days when trailer were crappy but the films were spectacular(perfevt example)

Its sad that nowadays the trailers r amazing but the movie turns out to be a big bore

  • so true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this was a hell of a good movie. i really enjoyed it

  • Great movie!

  • "It isn't just one man, damnit! It's Zorro!"

Over twenty years since he last saw the guy and he's STILL afraid of him; now THAT is someone who leaves an impact...

  • @MarcusSLazarus haha!

  • it says outlawed idiot

  • What sentence is said at 00:47? Justice is...? and in 00:53? But just must become...?

  • "And justice is outlawed...the just must become outlaws."

  • @pepinotren In a land where freedom is a memory... and justice is outlawed... the just must become outlaws...

  • @matt484991 -sounds like the new world order, get ready.

  • Don Lafontaine is god !!!!

  • This one is wayy better than the newer one!

  • indeed this one was good

and the newer one was a freeeeekin bad movie

  • I agree... sequels are always second rate against the originals...

the first was epic the second was plain...

  • @heroesluver716

    than antonio banderas?

  • that is one awesome movie despite the fact it was in the 1990s and not in the 21st century where all the modern tech is. The action was good, it was funny...alot.

  • OK , what's that soundtrack that plays just after Too Many Notes @ 2:58 mark when the Title of the movie is about to appear, because it doesn't seem to be part of it as its not present in actual soundtrack.

Anyways, I think they should make another Zorro movie, after Legend of Zorro. He's a pretty cool hero as well besides Marvel and DC heroes.

  • That cue almost ALWAYS follows TMNNER (for example, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' trailer). Most likely a production team that does custom trailer music (such as Pfeifer Broz, Brand X, or John Beal) did a brief cue that closely mimics Zimmer's style enough to add on to the end.

  • Actually I found it, it's called "After the Dub". It's from the same movie Drop Zone in which Too Many Notes plays.

Thanks for the help though :).

  • great movie! the score sounds awesome

  • one of my favorite movies

  • Comment removed

  • just curious but what's the song from 2:33 onward? I know it was used in the Pirates of the Caribbean trailer

  • ook, why did you put that?

  • Ignore the troll.

The music is by Hans Zimmer. It's called "Too Many Notes - Not Enough Rests". It's from the Drop Zone soundtrack.

  • thanks : } yeah, gotta love Hans Zimmer. He's one of my favorite composers

  • thanks. : } yeah, gotta love Hans Zimmer. he's one of my favorite composers.

  • No Problem! :) Ya, he's good. My fav is Alan Silvestri!

  • awesome choice : }. yeah he's one of my favorites too. My top favorite varies between John Williams and Hans Zimmer i think. Alan silvestri is third

  • They are both really good! My two second favorites are John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith.

  • awesome : }

  • I loved the performances in this movie, the battles were memorable also.

  • that stinks. why can't the filmmakers include the deleted scenes frm the trailers on the DVD as bonus features explaining why they were cut?

  • I thought both those lines were in the movie though. "Zorro" after Diego beat Alejandro up when he was drunk and I thought he continued the other with "we will both tempt our fates" But it has been awhile since I've seen it!

  • there were two lines in the trailer which were not in the film: when Alejandro says,

"Zorro?" and when Don Diego says "Tomorrow we fight in earnest..." why does that happen? putting lines & scenes in trailers which are cut from the movie?

  • waaa..! i love catherine zeta jones and antonio banderas love team!!! hahaah love it! ♥♥♥
