You can get up there as a chief bandit too. It's tricky, but it is possible. First, you need a gunslinger to summon a monster on the hut. Then the chief bandit has to jump with haste and use boomerang step to kill the monster and get on top of the roof.

dude you dont need to jump then use the macro you can just use it right next to Viciouse with out jumping its much easier and i don't need to even use recoil shot at the end :I
