  • ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY BUCKS FOR THAT?

I'D TELL THE COMPANY TO EAT A DICK!

  • @dyanstywarriors. Or just sharpen that knife.

  • can you get one with a real blade in red

  • i use this one to slice salami

  • i use a butterfly bottle opener as a trainer. got it for ten dollars

  • I learned some tricks with sharp one and i cut mysefl 15 times and this is 179 only for this shit

  • i bet that fucker still hurts when yu get hit just right on the knuckle....

  • 440c. Thanks, you know, when it comes to COMPLETELY DULL TRAINER KNIVES, I like knowing that I have a good quality steel.

  • where is this made from?

shit back in my country/ Philippines we never really had training knife's

its just u cut ur fingers then its ur faul... u either learn or u dont play at all lolz

  • sucks that its 179.95 just for a trainer!!!!!!!

  • @kammando21 you can get real ones way cheaper..

  • @kammando21 better off buying the real thing

  • Please get this in production, it isnt on spyderco's website even under discontinued i want one to practice

  • trainers are for pussys

  • @masterpeanut08 Or people with legality issues, maybe they cant carry a real one in public so they get a trainer. Or they are for people that dont want to get cut when trying a new trick.

  • @airsoftsurvivalman12 then they shouldn't be flipin

  • @masterpeanut08 Sometime, safety is best. It could goes for your left or even eyes.

  • @airsoftsurvivalman12 Strangely, in some countries even trainers aren't allowed, not only to carry but quite simply not allowed to own. Silly, IMO, where I live you can get stiletto's, pocket knives, etc. but all balisongs, including trainers, are out of the question. Wich sucks, because I once got my hands on a CCC, loved flipping it, but then it broke and now I haven't flipped in months. D:

  • LOL who needs a trainer?!?! That's 4 pussies

  • @Burrito25446 lots of peple stupid i ean do u want a kid trying to do wat he wants to cut his fingers off u arnt born bein able to do that

  • @monkeydude9790 you can't get seriously injured while playing with a butterfly knife...just small cuts

  • These Spyderflys look really cool but i feel that its elaborate design might make it... difficult to use? And i dont like the fact that you cant lock them in the open position.

  • where can u get this

i have been really wanting one but my mom only got me a crappy 12 dollor trainer. where can i get that particular trainer

  • @jjpokemonable I know I might be a bit late but their site is called bladeops(dot)com

also you had your mom buy you a butterfly knife? dude seriously lol.

  • @jjpokemonable ...yes. well, littlekid, i guess your mom dident fancy spending 124 dollars on a trainer for her son when hes still in to lego's plus that 12dollor trainer is good enough so nothing wrong with that, so stop complaining and be gratefull you at least have that

  • this is good for people trying to learn how to use this kind of knives ! ! ! !

  • why would they discontinue this??!!??

  • dude dose this guy know hot to flip them around

  • @ichigocuttingmoon i dont think so ..

  • all i do is buy a real butterfly knife and put tape on the blade it works perfectly

  • @tyeh20 until im good anyway

  • @tyeh20 You can't legally bring those into places where normal ones are illegal, though. I found that that sometimes puts adhesive onto the blade and it's a pain to get it off, too.

  • @Hitari0 if you use painter's tape it leaves no adhesive at all

  • @tyeh20 But it's still illegal.

  • @AngelGabriel253 to but tape on a butterfly knife there illegle to publicly carry not have :|

  • @AngelGabriel253 Butterfly knives aren't illegal everywhere.

  • They are not illegal in canada, it is a trainer and not a blade so it is legal. Only real balisong are illegal in Canada. I'm from Canada and order from overseas all the time and it always go to customs fine.

  • i want...correction i need this knife very badly but they're illegal in canada any thoughts?

  • @pivotsreborn Trainers aren't considered knives

  • @Braydawg69 awesome i just ordered one right now thnx :)

  • @Braydawg69 They aren't considered knives, but from at a glance, they still look like a weapon. Try not to bring them out into public places.

  • what are the handales made of ?

  • @switchl12 G10 scales over aluminum or stainless I think not sure not a balisong expert

  • @switchl12

Smallfly's handles are G10 over 17-4 PH stainless steel. I'm not sure if it's heat treated, though.
