@smashbro247 In my opinnion Prototype is superior to saints row 2 in most ways. If you want to have a good time full of laughing and you don't care about physics and cover systems, I recommend SR 2 (but you would be better off with GTA 4 instead if you want something more realistic and good shooting mechanics). But for a darker game with a lot of gore, good close combat and parkour, a great story I would say go for Prototype. Hope it helps. I personally love Prototype, SR 2 not so much.

I absolutely loved prototype. Slightly offended that they said prototype was a good looking game .. and the only thing wrong with infamous is the visuals. If theres anything infamous has on prototype .. its visuals.
This game is fun, but can get REALLY boring. I mean, giving you all these cool powers and run around the city like a sadistic unstoppable juggernaut without giving you proper development. It's just not rewarding enough.

The thing I love move about this game is the calm, very normal city, taxis people walking buy, normal day at NY, then BAM, one throw of a taxi and all hell brakes loose. Never gets old.
i dislike the targetting system because it doesnt automatically lock on to another enemy once the first enemy is dead. it just kinda stays locked on the dead guy until you switch to someone else. also the camera pisses me off most times when im really high up on a building jumping around. it never seems to follow me properley and it doesnt show me where im going to be landing. so half the time im jumping out into thin air without knowing it. those and the loading times are my only complaints
IGN is better than Gamespot in more exciting reviewers, but lame game scores, more gamespot reviewers are boring, but Gamespot has way better written reviews.
Drop kick a helicopter out of the sky... Then pick up the flaming wreckage and hurl it at a tank before running up the side of a skyscraper evading gunfire and rockets, backflipping off and landing on an APC which you hijack and use to mow down 20 soldiers.
Then you run down an alley, shapeshift into an old lady and stroll away whistling.
the game is good, but da grafics arnt nex gen :)

i dislike the targetting system because it doesnt automatically lock on to another enemy once the first enemy is dead. it just kinda stays locked on the dead guy until you switch to someone else. also the camera pisses me off most times when im really high up on a building jumping around. it never seems to follow me properley and it doesnt show me where im going to be landing. so half the time im jumping out into thin air without knowing it. those and the loading times are my only complaints

IGN is better than Gamespot in more exciting reviewers, but lame game scores, more gamespot reviewers are boring, but Gamespot has way better written reviews.

Drop kick a helicopter out of the sky... Then pick up the flaming wreckage and hurl it at a tank before running up the side of a skyscraper evading gunfire and rockets, backflipping off and landing on an APC which you hijack and use to mow down 20 soldiers.
Then you run down an alley, shapeshift into an old lady and stroll away whistling.
That's prototype, it's pretty fun.
