@IAwzm well, if you know what you're doing then you have to disassemble the whole thing and replace it with a new screen that you bought. if you don't know how to do it, then take it to an IT service and that could be a lot, almost half as that laptop.
Believe it or not, my Projector TV has the same problem. I didn't even know the projector screens could leak black liquid as LCD screens do. What the heck!!
buy new screen on e-bay or somewere, and just replace it. Much easyer then you think. The only hard part is finding just the right screen for you're laptop. Hope this helps.

@IAwzm yes, good thinking. a normal monitor could do it too, if you connect it to your laptop. that's the cheapest solution so far.

most new laptops tell you the size like acer, judging buy your screen, its a 15.4 inch, only should be about $99.99
