  • I like this Conference.

  • What that guy means at 26:00? Dude, we have to think with the time. If the time changes, we need to change too... Eric is right, he is working on the right path.

  • Wow! The guy on 19:55 seems pretty stubborn about making his point.

  • @kennygvs yeah it's interesting to see a douche like that. he's a quintessential suit douche. like a cliche bad guy in an eco movie. or a republican. status quo is the only thing he likes and anything else is offensibe to him. never mind that his own example of 7000$ solar vs his 70$ a month utility bill would be paid in 8 years. a system that lives 25 years. and that's current pricing. it will be 4 times cheaper.

  • @kennygvs it would probably also be difficult to get him to admit that manmade global warming is a real threat. never part of his consideration. only money. on which he is also wrong though

  • haha, I liked the guy @ 26:00, troll these corporate freaks lol

  • thank you Mr. Schmidt for being such a n example of persistence in encouraging win/win solutions. God bless you, the temptation for those of us who have waited a lifetime to switch to Hydrogen Gas through wind and solar. If you don't know about Mr. Mike Strizki who has successfully created systems that provide systems of Hydrogen for his car, boat, and large home in northern New Jersey.

Your moderate tone with genuine low key enthusiasm is very attractive.

  • Excellent interview -- Dr. Schmidt maintains a steady rhythm and pace of the conversation and flow of information, even as this interviewer (and others) may try to push the conversation or try to oversimplify issues or take sides. Schmidt's sense of nuance and win/win solutions is a refreshing voice to hear discussing these critical issues.

  • Eric is a very smart man indeed, Mr. Pickens.

  • good job

  • It is amazing to see how Google has gone from a software company to one that affects policy making decisions. Eric Schmidt is one of the smartest man that this world has ever seen...Thanks to him and Google for bringing up a better world.
