hi manjula ,whenever i make kheer or custard ,despite of using khoya and making it thicken, it becomes watery after putting it in fridge after sometime,specially the other day it leaves water,i use 3.5% milk and even corn flour but it never worked,any tip plz....thanks

I have never experienced this and I never use khoya in kheer, khoya will make kheer very rich and more like the burfi.
