  • We still use A1s lol...

  • Do the American armed Forces use M16 A2s for training purposes?? some one help me out here, i saw them at the start of this video.

  • Man, I don't like war, politics, nor the big federal gov't but I only have respect for people who join the marines or just soldiers at that for any army. I could never do what they do by free will, I would have to be forced into it.

Another great thing I think would be instead of juvie or jail for petty crime, they should send the boys to a couple months of a simulated marine training. I'm sure crime would plummet.

  • cant wait to become a marine there the strongest and most disciplined. the army has nothing on the marines. they turn boys into men.civilians into soldiers.

  • shoulda shown black friday hahaha! the look on a recruits face meeting their sdi and green belts for the first time...lolz!!!!! :O

  • Ooohrah! I <3 the Marines. This is a great video. And USMCFUCKYEA please stop.

  • All I have to say about this is No Eagle, Globe and Anchor, no opinion. Only Marines know what it is to be one and what it is to make one.

MCRD San Diego PLT. 3054 June 11, 1999

  • Marines are really good !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • EARS CLICK AND EYES FRONT! IS THERE SUCH A THING AS AN EX-MARINE!? SOUND OFF DEVIL DOGS! PAX PER POTENS! SEMPER FIDELIS!

  • 2:34 hearing him say trousers away just took me back, strange how this video can do that.

  • I remember all of this... its a lot tougher than it looks.... glad its over but I miss bootcamp. Oorah!

  • @Hungry2Play Fucking A! I respect all MARINES!

  • Marines are the toughest people alive.

  • is their a drill sgt. for a drill sgt.?

  • @NukeForBinLaden24356 There are Drill Instructors at Drill Instructor school, which is where Drill Instructors get trained.

  • KILL!

  • @USMCFUCKYEA for having that name. you dont do much about the corps do you.

  • @USMCFUCKYEA They need to be relaxed so they can shoot with accuracy and lower their heart beats, dumbass.

  • The Marine Corps treats each recruit with dignity and respect. It doesnt look like it but not all the time will the DI's be yellin and shit. They do work with the recruit to mentor them and to help them when needed. When it comes to training the way to instill discipline and to be obedient to orders without question is to yell and make the recruit feel like nothing. When they graduate from recruit training they made it and are now Marines and the DI's treat them with much more respect.

  • Wow this honestly looks like a cake walk compared to Full Metal Jacket.

  • No its not honestly i went though it they dont show some stuff. The DI's play games alot of (stupid )stuff it will save your life. and it builds discipline to

  • @andy91091 wow this is coming from tubby behind the computer.

  • @Str8Trapstar90 Wow someone doesn't know what sarcasm is.Asshole.

  • @andy91091 im jus playin dude damn calm down

  • @Str8Trapstar90 My bad dude,sorry :(.

  • @andy91091 full metal jacket is a cake walk compared to the real thing you can ask any marine.another thing bootcamp is a cake walk compared to when your in the fleet. at least for infantry units. my friend who is a grunt had to run 2 miles in a gas mask/suit and trust me that shit sucks its hard to breath.

  • My high school drill squad goes through that...........sucks

  • Sad to see Quebec go away. Graduated Feb. 13,2009 Quebec Company PLt. 3013. Tattooed on my rib cage. oohrah. Sgt Gregoire, Sgt. Morales, SSGT Cheson, SSGT Munoz, SSGT Burelson, and GYSGT(then SSGT) Lowery. Will never forget I credit the person I am now to those men. Some of the best the Corps has to offer.

  • its always PI!! man i want some SD. lol i can not wait to get killed by these guys lol.

  • @goodnightChesty1775 lol poolees make me laugh.

  • dress, drill and deportment there fella. Start with putting on pants in a certain way and work up to maintaining your weapon. It all fits in fella.

  • dam i wish 3094 was flimed instead on 93 they would of seen how sgt gregoire trained us lol

  • I am a marine that was at boot camp at Parris Island from dec. 7th to mar. 5th of 2009. from 3rd B. K. co. plt. 3022. Sgt. Stevenson was one of my kill hats. He is deff a tough S.O.B. but taught me alot. Just giving my mad props to him and my other drill instructors and senior drill instructor. OORAH 3rd B. K. co.plt. 3022!

  • I'm a 21 year Army guy and I must give credit where credit is due......the Marines have by far the best training there is. The Army is sucking wind right now and breaks my heart. Devil Dogs don't let up a bit......maybe the Army can be shamed into getting on line.

  • sgt stevenson was my DI just graduated plt 3081 Kilo co. Fucking scary mother fucker, great marine. He is the big guy who says in the begining of video talking about being on a plane to afghanistan.

  • 35-years old? Do people really join that old?

  • It's funny to see this because I just graduated bootcamp [09-24-2010] and the kill hat thats in the video was my senior drill instructor.

  • @USMCFUCKYEA you have no idea what your talking about

  • DI's make my dick move. Kill bodies, Mighty Mike 3263 MCRD San Diego Dec 2008

  • lol

  • I think they should do this again but include the female drill instructors!

    Platoon 4018 March-June 2009.

  • @USMCFUCKYEA MCRD San Diego, 1st btln Co.A, plt @#$%

  • @USMCFUCKYEA I went through boot in 99, it was worse than FMJ, it was cool but way more hardcore than anything I've ever seen in any movie or documentary. I agree with you about the libs and MOA , they need to stay out of it, because every recruit signs that paper and basically knows what their in for so to speak. America wants its Marine Corp so it needs to keep its Corp values like its had for over the past two hundred years, right now were all volunteers if we decide to join.

  • @KrautAttack78 Let me get this straight; you say you graduated in '99, A Co. 1st Bn, Plt @#$%, yet you misspell "Corps" (Corp, your spelling) TWICE?! Hmmm...

  • Comment removed

  • @methistopholes Thanks a lot human spell check, from now on I'll send everything I write to you so you can edit it for me because your so amazing.

  • USMCFUCKYEA comments on every military documentary on youtube lol

  • just like me i went to bootcamp when i was 17 1/2 it was bad haha

  • is Quebec Company like referring to Quebec Canada, meaning all the members are Canadian or some shit?

  • Comment removed

  • When i was in India co, 3084. I was always like, "Where the fuck is quebec co???"

then we went to the range and i felt so bad for them hahahaha

  • what are they saying ??

  • I'm a PFC. in the Marine Corp. I was in this documentary, Plt. 3088 Quebec Company, and we were treated like shit, so USMCFUCKYEA you can go fuck yourself, you have no clue what you're talking about, i bet you arent even in the Marines. Poser.

  • @AaronfromWM Quebec meaning like Canada?

  • @AaronfromWM Don't mind him, he's been on everyones case for the pass how many goddamn months, if you looks at his homepage he's like the most hated guy on youtube.

  • @AaronfromWM and no he's not a Marine at all. He even admited that he has gone to boot camp yet

  • This brings back so many memories. We were Sgt. Stevenson's second cycle, and just watching him and listening to him gives me vivid flashbacks of boot camp. I am honestly more than grateful for what they (my DIs and SDI) did, and it almost makes me want to go back to boot camp. Oorah 3rd Bn.! Oorah Sgt. Stevenson!

  • OOORAH 3094 Q company last quebec

  • Grunt meaning first on the battlefield I take it? That's Badass. Camp Pendleton it is then.

  • this video is plt. 3092 I was 3090 we saw the cameras all the time. when they were filming, its just so cool, however the camera wasn't in my squad-bay so some shit went down!!

  • @ponyrider146 so how pissed off were the DI's whenever cameras were around that they gotta toned it down

  • @disbj...yea they were pissed. They weren't there all the time only during major training events i.e first phase, rifle range, BWT, and the crucible..But I over heard a conversation one night on fire watch between the DI's saying that they have been asked to tone it down this cycle, and check there 6 anytime a recruit needed disciplining

  • @ponyrider146 I figured, lol, I can imagine how the DI's in Ears Open Eyeballs click were, and I wonder how many complaints were recieved by the mothers of America on the scenes that appeared to be to violent for them to watch

  • How do you choose where you want to be Stationed?

  • @ANIMALMOTHERFUCKYEA you don't get to choose, right now they pretty much put you where they need you

  • Well, hopefully I get stationed at Camp Pendleton where my Cousin is.

  • @ANIMALMOTHERFUCKYEA if you're a grunt, most likely you get stationed at pendleton or 29 palms, and if they need you in lejeune or hawaii you may get sent there

  • thx for uploading this

  • It's obvious you are an attention seeking child who gets off on posting nasty stuff about the Marines. Why don't you be a man, enlist in the infantry and get it over with. You don't know what you are talking about. It's getting annoying and I'm about to block you from this site. Start writing something positive and appreciate the fact that you can have an inside look at something most people will never experience. Stop talking smack about shit you don't know.

  • Comment removed

  • I like how you lay it down man! Tell these kids who sit and play video games all day what is expected from real men....although i am not an American i have Respect for your Armed Forces...

  • @USMCFUCKYEA :Getting dressed by the numbers is part of discipline building; instant obedience to orders. You obviously don't know much do you.

  • @flip2001 yeah and that guy who said "They can relax" wasnt a drill instructor, he was a PMI.

  • @flip2001 He's obviously never been dressed by the numbers.

  • @USMCFUCKYEA and as most would say The DI's are very creative,so much games they canmake up from the spot, they have more games than milton bradley and parker bros have put together, It's not just hitting and swearing, it's all the other mind games and once you actually go through it you're going to be explaining just about the same thing to future Marines and they won't know jack shit until they actually went through it

  • and no one but myself and the other Rct's witness it and i didn't bother to tell only becuz as weird is it sounds, i was pretty satisfied just when i thought it got too soft, they may get you every now and then just rarely, screaming in your face gets more annoying then it actually scares you for most Rcts anyways, yes just do still swear they're not suppose to but they still do and i know that's what you want know so I'm telling you

  • @USMCFUCKYEA yes,& now u know,i really can't tell u how u may experience dis, every Rct does get singled out if not all at once, sometimes every Rct will suffer for one Rct's mistake, some might feel like they had it worst than the other, and not only from camera's they gotta avoid, but they also need to be careful when officers are around becuz they pretty act like the mothers of america,&becuz I'm a short guy yes at one point my DI lifted me up and threw across the squadbay...

  • @USMCFUCKYEA ok I don't even know why I'm arguing with you about all this i've been out of BC for over 4 years now, I'm just tell you straight, you are not a Marine yet, you don't know how it's like, you don't know how it's going to be like, you will never know what it's going to be like until you complete it no matter how much you're ready for it, i hate da mother's of america even my own but they pretty much won this whole abuse and mistreated shit that's why they gotta be carefull on camera

  • I said don't even pay attention to FMJ it's just a movie, & yes what they do can be worst than what you saw in movie, as you notice the 2 DI's were just standing there most of the time not yelling or beating the recruits, while the documentary they're always fuckin around with them,

  • @USMCFUCKYEA if you're really lookig forward to a getting your ass beat alot, just you wait till you graduate boot camp when you're dealing with a bunch of senior Marines,

  • @USMCFUCKYEA those are not Drill Instructors, they Primary Marksmanship Instructors, they only teach the fundementals of Marksmanship, as they said. while they give you a class, your drill instructors are not with you most of the time until classes are over

  • @USMCFUCKYEA it was like that in the 60's it ain't how it is now, and I know for sure that the SDI doesn't do all the work like how FMJ shows it,and you will not do PT everyday, some days you will be in a classroom learning marine corps history, first aid, etc,BC is not a torture, and it's true what you're about to see when & if you go to boot camp is worst than FMJ, you oughta watch Ears open eyeballs click , that's as close to what they can air publicly of how boot camp is actually like

  • Comment removed

  • @USMCFUCKYEA FMJ is something of what probably use to be like back in the 60-70's..boot camp is no longer the way it is in FMJ, as you notice it was only the SDI that was doing all the talking and the dirty work in the film, in boot camp it's the DI's that pretty much handle the recruits

  • some motivatin' trash, you understand me?

  • @USMCFUCKYEA and FMJ is a bunch of fake shit..don't even pay any attention to that movie and think that's how boot camp is going to be like remember boot camp is 12 weeks so much can happen in 12 weeks they don't show alot in FMJ or in EOEC

  • @USMCFUCKYEA that's because FMJ is just a movie and inthe movie some people think they get their ass beat and some people think it's just a movie..in the documentary, here's a little thing we call sturdy professionalism, they aren't going to fuckin swear or hit at the recruits while they're being video taped, and if you're wondering about all this shit, you're obviously not a Marine

  • usmcfuckyea, thats funny how you can say all this and you havent even gone to boot camp yet, go then maybe you can have a little say on what goes on there

  • When and where did you go to Marine boot camp?

  • I agree with some of your points, but you know as well as anyone the Marine Corps will never allow what allegedly goes on in BC to be aired publicly. As a public affairs Marine, there is no way that I would show anything that would discredit the Devils Dogs in this story or the institution that I represent. As for your buddy who just got back from PI, everything is always worse when you are actually standing there on line. Understand: I'm in the business of making Marines look good, not foolish.

  • Because:

    1-it's not a Hollywood movie

    2-it's not the 1960s

3-even if they did, we couldn't show it

4-training techniques have changed over the years

  • SSGT Dale Bragg, not many in the US. I covered your name up and asked wife and my son to see if there was any sims between your face and mine. Wife said eyes, son said same thing and small ears. Then I showed them the last name. They both laughed.

SSG Bragg, RET. former DS US ARMY. lol
