This set of videos are great to show us the proper way of setting up our bridges, now can you tell us the precise measurements to get a good string height (action)? tia
these are the best instructions so far that i have found, easy to follow and concise with good results when you actually try them yourself. wonderful videos and thanks for sharing !
i made the mistake of screwing around with the screws on my tuneomatic years ago when i first got my guitar. I had no idea what it was for. now i have no idea how far off the action is and i don't really have experience in fixing things like this. can i just adjust it on either side till it's at a comfortable setting? or should i go to a luthier or guitar shop to have it correctly adjusted?
@schwarg It's probably OK to adjust a little on your own and see if you can get it where you like it, but if you take it to a shop, you'll have the extra comfort of knowing it's right. Sounds like you've been living with it out of whack for awhile; I'd be tempted to turn it over to a pro this time. Sorry that's more of a suggestion than a direct answer!

So the treble side can be a tiny bit lower than the bass side?

For the bridge adjustment, how high should the bass side be in 32's and how high on the treble side should it be on 32's?

hey does the two metal posts at the end of the bridge affects the tone whether you screwed it all the way in or move it up ?
