if any new fiddle players out there start with dorans ring then get sorc shoes then aby sceptre...if you wanna have a chill build and the games going slow get rylais then rab and zhonyas if not so cool and chilled head straight to deathcap and hourglass and dont forget that drain is your priority then dark wind then terror and your ulti point everytime you get

@Rollthebuddah He's already underpowered. He does no damage unless he gets his ultimate off and, if it's interrupted, he does nothing in teamfights. He one of the squishiest champions in the game and is one of, if not THE slowest champion in the game. Even with fear he can get 1v1 all day long as all the good AP champs have cc that knocks him out drain, his only realw ay to deal dmg besides ultimate, which you CAN'T land in 1v1 b/c u just get cced and u cant use it. His fear is all he has.

With that tactic you can take the golen down fast.
