When people have really bad things to say about Didi Benami, it only leaves me to believe its jealousy bc being 'real' & completely leaving yourself open like that is a hard thing to do. There will ALWAYS be haters that are so jealous of those who are making something of themselves or trying to live out their dream. I went back and watched again. I see what you mean about the lyrical mistakes...the glitch I'm hearing at the end must be live pitch correction. Someone probably entered the key she was singing in but should have entered "chromatic" into the box..as it was trying to move her pitch to a diatonic one. But I think you are right...it's live. I think. lol

DiDi can sing and anyone that thinks she has no vocal ability is out to lunch. Her problem could be that her voice is more of a throw back kind of sound. She may not have the sound for contemporary success. I hope I'm wrong because there is a sweetness to her voice that is unique. She is adorable which doesn't hurt her chances.

INTENSE! She's no Siobhan, but INTENSE! Right when my mum and I got sick of her, she sang THIS one! The judges jerked her and Siobhan around too much. This was her best night and Siobhan's. Lee's best had to have been when he sang "You're Still The One"

I like Didi, but 'Paint it Black' was so 'over the top' that night, how can you compare the talent and artistry. I love 'over the top'. This came in second.Got a great pic of her and my 4.5 yr. grandson during top11 dinner. Took about 14 shots to get it. He loves making beautiful woman laugh by making faces, etc.. She is stunning. Plus being Bhan's BFF means I'm rooting for her success.
