I just don't see how the next series is going to work now. What was the original plot again? Oh yes, a vampire, a warewolf, and a ghost living with eachother trying to be human. Now what? a warewolf family and a ghost kicking vampire ass all the time??... don't get me wrong i love BH but i don't see how this will work.

@tribamarina Some people think it's garbage because syfy took a fantastic show, "americanized" it, and made it look like Twilight on crack. I think the British version simply looks better (the blood isn't florescent, and the vampires don't look like they just robbed a Halloween store). However, everyone will have their own opinions on the subject. Who knows? Maybe you're right and for some people it is because it lacks the accent and the tea. :]

I love this show and it is way better then the new American one. I hav been waiting for season 3 and its good for episodes 1 and 2 waiting for 3 and the others. But I am still watching the first season of the American Being Human just because and want to see how different it is. Its still not as good as this awesome real Being Human show lol

I agree. Today I took it off my DVR listings to record-don't want to waste my time watching

junk. I wish Syfy station would give us some good programs. Haven is the only real decent

show they play. They should have bought the rights to show the BBC version, instead of

pouring money onto a wasteland. Trouble is not many people are familiar with the original.

I get BBC on DirectTV-don't know if it is on other cable stations. FEB 19th season3 starts!

@Noelbluesky i just watch it online b/c it comes out in the uk before here and i can get it online :p on directv do you get bbc america or one the actual bbc channels? bbcamerica only has a few shows, i like most of them so i wish i could watch other bbc channels too...and i dont really watch anything off syfy except ghost hunters

We can watch the British "Being Human" in the U.S. on BBC America. Right now the U.S. version is showing on Syfy, but Season 3 of the British version doesn't start here until Spring last I heard.

It's the same channel that plays crappy B rated horror movies until 5 in the morning, if you guys have an equivalent. I think ppl should be more up in arms about the fact that SyFy has its hands on it, than because "Americans" have it...

and be warned, they KILLED Mitchell''s character.utterly. I don't have a lot of hope for him.

When I found out the US version of the show was a remake, I just had to see the original. During the course of a single day, my gf and I have blown right through season 1 and now we are on season 2.
