I just copied these settings into a text file to have for records. These are really great presets, and show how flexible the MT-2 is. Through a cranked clean tube amp they must sound huge as well. To my eyes, these are the two settings: Boss MT-2: Metallica, circa 1988 Level: 5:00 Low: 12:30 High: 2:30 Middle: 9:30 Mid Freq: 9:30 Dist: 10:30 Boss MT-2: Metallica, circa 1983 Level: 5:00 Low: 10:30 High: 1:30 Middle: 2:00 Mid Freq: 1:00 Dist: 3:30

Megadeth uses more mids and less gain than Metallica. I'd say the MT-2 is fine.

i have an ibanez s320, but when i play the orion part , (on this video it starts at 0:59)

then i cant play the bending notes, without loosing after 2-3 secods the sustain, im not good in english but i hope you know what i mean, do i make false bendings? or is it because i have 4 months old strings and the fretboard is a bit greasy, i cant even make good slides anymore.

Hi, yeah I know what you mean, I also have the background noice if I know what your talking about. I thought the problem was because I have EMG-Hz pickups, but with active EMG's nothing changes. I dont know why it does that, maybe to high of an output. When I lower my level on the mt2, the noise becomes less.
