I'm more a Mazzy fan,but think Opal's Happy Nightmare Baby's a very fine album! The more I listen, the more I like it. No weak songs.Though Kendra Smith doesn't have the vocal subtleties Hope Sandoval has, Kendra's still pretty listenable. I like Opal better than Rain Parade's "Emergency Third Rail Power Trip ",as Opal had a harder edge than Rain Parade's quieter sound which was more '60s pop-y. But hey, Rain Parade's also enjoyable. Can't wait for the long-promised Mazzy album,15 yrs+ later!
Arghh. It cuts away at the end, but what an amazing nugget. David, Kendra and Keith will go down in history. Too bad more people haven't heard this, it's truly beautiful.

Great Song. I remember this from the 120 minutes show. Very cool and Robby Kriegeresque.

Greg Ginn had an ear for great music. SST had a great 80s roster.

God I love this song. Truly elegant are the aesthetics of the Paisley Underground movement in music.
