  • I love him plucking the hair up when he notices it. Always loved it since I was a kid!

  • ♥ .

  • hahaha very funny epiosod

  • The TEST Boot on your ass

  • It's a shame people are so easily offended and other people cave into them for fear of protest that cartoons like this can't be shown on tv now.

  • OMG what some memories! I loved this cartoon growing up. You just don't get to see good cartoons like this on TV anymore!!

  • old school i love ya

  • I swear when I was growing up, if it were not of this cartoon and a few others, I would know NOTHING about opera ^_^

Now, I really like it (althought it sounds best when it' coming from a cartoon. . .X-P)

  • The blackface is funny because it is soooo stereotypical that is stupidly funny.LMBAO. I am a black man also.

  • Exceptionnel

  • Lol that part where he turned into a little kid made me lol my ass off.

And I didn't know they did blackface in this? Thats kinda fucked up

  • @zzyzx0788 Well... this video short was made when that kind of "blackface" humor (as well as the Chinese, though I don't see u complaining about that) was appropriate. It got edited out when we became politically correct. I don't find it as humorous as the others, but that's just because I grew up in the 21st century and don't see that type of humor often. But it's like banning Huck Finn because of the word "nigger", it was a part of history that should be accepted, not denied

  • @LionandLambLovestory Hmm. Maybe its just cuz the 'blackface' humor was so much more unexpected? I think its just cuz 'blackface' historically seems to bring up so much more controversy than the chinese thing, which is why I find it more shocking.

  • L(o_O)L le bébé et le chinois mdr

  • The hair in the projector gag! Best cartoon gag ever! This is one of my all time favorite cartoons! Why can't they make em like this anymore?

  • I wanna know what's the original song on 5:32 (if there's an original one, I mean). I loved that.

  • En mi opinión este es el mejor cartoon de Tex Avery, siempre que lo miro me hace desternillarme de risa.

  • wit massive tap dance at 1:10

  • jajaja no maaaa de lo mas divertido de mi infancia sin duda....gracias por revivir esos momentos :D ~

  • I loved this when I was a kid, and it's still just as funny! They truly don't make em like they used to.

  • SUPER-RECONTRA-LOLAZO :D

  • They really don't make 'em like they used to.

    This cartoon is proof.

  • 5:34 to 5:44 are the best ten seconds I ever spent.

  • @cwtabbs I thought I was the only one that noticed that.

  • NOw, I'm the king of PC myself, but this makes me laugh as it mocks everyone: whites (in several places), Asians, Blacks, Native Americans, Latinos......AND EVEN Polynesians!

  • ROFL

  • THANKS FOR THIS UNCUT VERSION, IT WILL ALWAYS BE FUNNY. ANYONE WHO THINKS ITS racist, IS A SMALL LITTLE MONKEY.

  • this shit cracks me up

  • Tex Avery cartoons are the best next to Looney Toons! I would always wake up every Saturday just to watch cartoons like this. Ah, good times.

  • Actually I laughed a lot when I saw this little cartoon. I had fun.

  • Tex Avery fue un genio y un adelantado a su tiempo, es triste saber que, como muchos otros, no fue apreciado mientras vivia...

  • its a masterpiece

  • aw man a tear jus came down. this stuff just takes me back to good times. when i didnt know so much about how the world works.

  • 4:29 Isn't that just too rich?!

  • LmaooooOO!!!!!! @ 5:05 Yoooou eweyting that I have is fo Yuuuu.. Never seen that part before that would of been wild on t.v

  • A funny thing is around 4:46 he/she sings a song that is also used in the Tom and Jerry cartoon where Tom is treated like a baby :D

  • I loved this cartoon when I was growing up.

However, i noticed that the part where they made fun of Asians and African Americans was cut out in the most recent versions of this cartoon *Since around 1995*

    Did anyone else notice?

  • Yes and cut cartoons are always lousy and it is a shame that there are things in it that people find offensive because it is hilarious.

  • LoL..yes. but i was so young i didn't even get those jokes. watching it again now it's like they wouldn't even dare do that nowadays.

  • @Jimbobway228 YOU ARE CORRECT, ITS THE FUNNIEST TOON EVER MADE. MY BEST FRIEND IS BLACK AND EVEN HE KNOWS, THERES NO SUCH THING AS AN african-american. YOU CANT BE BOTH, EITHER YOU'RE A BLACK GUY OR AN AFRICAN MAN. ITS OK TO CALLED THEM BLACK NOW, THEY KNOW THEYRE black.

  • Yeah and not only in this cartoon actally all cartoons I love Tom and Jerry and those scenes when Tom is burn for any reason and looks that black and staff they also editaded them

  • @Jimbobway228 YES!!!!

  • @Jimbobway228 i did

  • Espectacular... Uno de los mejores episodios que vi en mi vida... Lo veo ahora con 22 años y no puedo parar de reirme... Es EXCELENTE!!! :)

  • hoyhooyahooyahoyahoooya! (the hawaiian dog)

omg still as hilarious as i remember, lol

  • Grande Tex Avery!

Eso si que es imaginación y arte

  • ya, today the only thing thats funny to kids today, and im 15, is cursing, people getting injured, and inapropriate stuff, but that type of comedy wouldnt be here if it wasnt for cartoons like this to start out with

  • i remember watching this when i was young, and its still hilarious!

  • "Everytheen you has is mine."

    ROFL!

  • oma darlin' oma darlin' oma darrrrlin' Clementine!!! One of the Best Tex Avery of all time. Too bad kids these days don't get to see REAL cartoons!!!

  • The "Random Aria".

  • Who would have thought that the string was part of the act!

    This cracks me up!

  • that is so hilarious :)

  • fucking excellent !!!!!!!

    jajajajajjajajajaajaj

  • lol wtf was that string he pulled?!

  • They were making fun of old film strips and how a hair sometimes would get stuck in there.

  • You were supposed to think it was a hair caught in the projector, but it was actually part of the cartoon. Keep in mind cartoons like this (and newsreels) were originally played in movie theaters before the actual movie started. That's why sometimes Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck will turn and address the audience and say "Hi, folks," or something. Unfortunately, all we get nowadays is a bunch of retarded advertisements.

  • I love the part with hair. I remember that in older cartoons back when I was a kid.

  • This aria, not "song" is the most important one from the opera "Il Barbieri di Siviglia", it is called "Largo al Factotum" sung by Figaro (baritone), the main character of the opera written by Rossini played for the first time in Rome in the year of 1816.

You can hear this aria sung by many opera singers such as Dimitri Hvorovstovsky or Thomas Hampson.

    alexXx

  • this aria not "song" is the most important one from the opera "Il barbieri di siviglia" sung by figaro the main character and it is also one of the most symbolic arias in opera in general

    alexXx

  • The Chinese part gets me EVERYtime

  • OMG busted a gut laughing to this...I remember seeing this as a kid and doing the same thing! Classic!!!

  • i remember doing that in school when i was a little kid too after seeing this

  • i also loved when he sings in blackface, that is hilarious

  • Comment removed

  • Chinese part is hilarious. So is the little boi.

  • ah good old days why the hell does cartoons now a days so non violent?!?!?! and all this censorship against these magnificent cartoons..... too bad.. 4:28 XD

  • es chistoso por que es racista!

  • 5:32 WHO! HA! WHO! HA! WHO! HA! WHO! HA!

  • What is it a song! Where I can find it!Please help!

  • I don't believe it's a real song. I think it's just something Looney Tunes did for those few seconds.

  • It's from Barber of Seville.

  • @5hinRyu Oh GOD that's Hilarious!!!

  • One of the best cartoons of all time. It was unfortunately censored in the later days of political correctness.

  • thats too bad. Very funny cartoon. Censoring it takes that the fun out of it

  • O melhor desenho do mundo !!!!

The best cartoon of the world!!!!!

  • 3.12 ROOOOOOOOOOOFL!

  • LOL, I almost forgot about this one!

Pure genius! And you know what, about the racial thing big deal! I'm black, and Tex was making fun of so many kinds of people that there's no point in anyone being offended. Man, I wish today's cartoons were as well thought out as this one was!

  • they cut out all the racial parts now because someone might get offended.

  • 4:21 Tex Avery Joke, a lot of guys fall for it.. they thought is a dust in the camera....

  • the reason these cartoons are so funny is because the animators only worry was making a funny cartoon. No worries about PCness. That's what made Richard Pryor and George Carlin so funny. Offending people was part of the schtick. Comedy is defined as truth told in poor taste.

  • exactly!

  • Definetly, is the best cartoon ever.

  • Da...n right you are!

  • I was searching for this cartoon since I was 10 years old! finaly made it! haha the best ever! BR

  • I love these old fashioned politically incorrect cartoons for the whole family! LOL

  • The BEST CARTOON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ahi va!

  • An absolute classic cartoon. Todays cartoons isn't even in the same league as these cartoons. I wish they came on TV more often.

  • Fantastic! Hilarious! Classic!

I remember this one! I can still laugh on these cartoons!

MODERN CARTOONS SUCKS! And all those who find this "boring" can turn tail and watch those sensless crap!

  • the hair gag! best gag ever in a cartoon!

  • YES!

  • joaajoajjao

5:35 seg .. notaaable...ojauajoajaao .. hasta la fecha me sigue matando de la risa xD

se agradece x la uplodeada del video .. ;___; q tieeempo

  • This was Fred Quimby's masterpiece

  • Yes it was!

  • 5:55 - payback is a BITCH!!

  • 5:43 is the funniest.

  • HAHAHA Ive been trying to find that for the last 4 years

  • I never took this as racist as a child watching this after school at 3:05pm on TBS. I would run home after school to catch all the Tex Avery and Chuck Jones toons. Does any one else remember this?

Also, outstanding voice over work on the actors' part. Truly briliant.

As far as racism is conserned, FAMILY GUY, BLAZING SADDLES, Carlos Mencia, SPACEBALLS, etc. Get over it America. STOP LISTENING TO THE DOUCHEBAGERY OF THE RACE-BATERS OUT THERE! (and yes I used douchebagery in a sentence).

  • I sure do. I'm a 30 year old guy, and I still watch em as dearly as I used to, as a kid.

  • yes, I would always watch these cartoons on local independant stations in st. louis (before fox and WC existed) channels kdnl-channel 30 (a uhf channel) and kplr-channel 11. they showed these in their entirety, and never censored then. there are even cartoons of that era where a character would shoot itself in the head with a gun, and that never bothered me! i knew even at a young age that it was just a cartoon! the racial gags are touchy, I know but put them in context with those times.

  • what's so ironic was as a kid, the racial gags went right over my head, although I'm black. Watching them as an adult, I am fascinated that the racial gags don't offend me now either. Perhaps I was distracted by my fit of hysterical laughter!

  • They kind of went over my head too, Nowadays this cartoon has the potential of offending other ethnic backgrounds like american indians, hawaiians, chinese, and so on. Now I have some american indian background, but I'm not offended when he changes into an indian. I think people are too sensitive these days. I think "politically correctness has gone too far.

  • yeah politically has gone too far everybody is so sensitive speaking about other races because they are afraid of offending others.. : /

  • you will note about this cartoon that every major ethnic group takes its turn being parodied, so that shoots the racist claim to hell right then and there. What's wrong with a little ethnic humor?

  • oh my darlin, oh my darlin, oh my DARRRLLLING

  • I loved this as a kid, brilliant.

  • PPl are to freaking dumb these days. They say everything is rasist even if it has good intent

  • The best cartoon ever! Good ol' Ted Turner of cartoon network to cut out the funniest parts. It's part of history, and not racist at all that is an insane comment as insane as the cartoon. Folks it portrays singers of the time, and eqaully white, black, yellow. If you think it's remotely racist you have checked out mentally, and this cartoon is too high brow for you. Feel sorry for you. Good luck in a one world society.

  • the rabbits are the best parts

  • When I first saw this on television I thoutht okay I new they cut some parts off so when I went looking for this I never new it likethis but either way it is still one of my favorites even if its a bit racist

  • hey hermano de donde obtuviste esta caricatura rolala o que rock?

  • this is one of my favourtie cartoons

  • classic. ah , the good ole days.

  • LMAO! I love this cartoon! "A tiss-kit, a tass-kit... LOL

  • AH NO MA!!! Este es de los que habia estado buscando.

  • figaro, hey figaro! phhtt!!..:)

  • Ah yes the hair in the projector line that is classic o_O i don't remember it being that racist tho.

  • Thats good you don't remember it being that Racist. (Means u didn't see color) LOL We were young and innocent and didnt know about that stuff. Was not shoved down are throats like it is today. I miss those good ol days! o well..

  • But, it's not racist at all... It's just that you northamericans are so delicated about this stuff that you can't see a black or a Chinise cartoon because it's already racist. The purpose of the magician here is to sabotage his opera, with no racist intentions for god sake

  • lol i like how they edit out the racist stuff when it its on tv

  • Awsome, is so good XD

  • that was funny he turned chinese

  • Wow...this cartoon is in the top five easily! One of the best cartoons I've ever seen! Being a black man, my favorite part is when was singing with the ink on his face...and especially when he pulled that string out of nowhere..hahaha

  • jaja esta buena

  • at 4:00 whats that song?

  • "Right foot up, and left foot down. Make that big foot hit the ground! Promenade, ah, two by two! Ride back home like you always do!"

  • :))))))) funny :))))))

  • wtf???? this is so random???

  • this is hands down the funniest cartoon ever made!!!!

  • These are so good. Tex Avery could really make great material. The plucking hair off the screen was also done in a Warner Bros. cartoon as well. Still great...

  • The "hair in the projector" gag was also incorporated into a Benny Hill chase sequence.
