Sorry; I've never bought a costume online before, and I've never even seen any HM costumes available online. My mom made this one for me. ^^;; It was very simple, though: the shirt and shorts were store-bought, and the vest and bandana were easily made from cheap fabric bought at Wal-Mart. I think a lot of HM cosplays have the potential to be easy like that. I suggest searching at thrift shops for material you can use; that's what I do. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful!

Lol that was funny. You did a really good job with the costume! My mother once helped me with a pikachu costume for halloween but my friend said I looked like a ghoulish pikachu. 'Cause she tried to make me look like my pikachu doll, but it looked scary. And even the religion teacher, when talking that we are all God's children, pointed at me and said "Except for the yellow and black kid in the back." Sigh.

My mom made it, out of Wal-Mart fabric and thrift shop stuff. x3 She claims not to be good at sewing "real" things, but she's really good at making costumes out of nothing. This one was originally for Halloween 2007, but since then I've found other uses for it. ^^

Haha, yeah... I wanted to give Ray a more important role, but you know how Haruhi treats Kyon most of the time. I don't want to be that mean to him. I connected Jack/Winnie to Kyon via "would-be main character overshadowed by female counterpart who makes him do random crazy things" (like all of these cutscenes).
