Sa demande au Procureur Général auprès de la Cours d'Appel de Méknès d'ouvrir une enquête au sujet de cette intervention des forces de l'ordre dans l'enceinte du tribunal, et de garantir la sécurité des détenus jusqu'à leur libération.
sa solidarité avec les étudiants détenus et sa demande de leur libération ;
-sa condamnation de cette intervention violente qui n'a pas respecté les sentiments des familles des détenus, qui constitue une grave atteinte à l'intégrité du tribunal et donc aux conditions d'une véritable justice qui stipule que tout prévenu est innocent jusqu'à la preuve du contraire par un jugement définitif.
Les parents des détenus qui étaient présents ont énergiquement mais pacifiquement protesté contre cette violence inhumaine, dégradante et portant atteinte à la dignité de leurs enfants.
Devant cette situation, le Bureau Provincial du Centre Marocain des Droits de l'Homme déclare :
Malgré l'intervention de la défense contre cette demande, le tribunal a décidé de reporter le jugement au 03-07-2008.
Devant cet énième report, les étudiants ont protesté verbalement dans la salle d'audience. Sans aucun ordre du juge, la police est intervenue violemment contre les étudiants, frappant et bousculant les détenus par tous les moyens afin de les faire sortir du tribunal et les ramener à la prison
Dès leur arrivée, ils ont remarqué une présence massive des forces de l'ordre à l'intérieur du tribunal.
Après la présentation des détenus devant la cour de justice, après les prestations des témoins et des avocats de la défense, la partie adverse a demandé le report du jugement pour absence d'un témoin qui ne s'est jamais présenté devant la cours malgré des convocations répétées.
C'est le résumé d'un communiqué en arabe de la section du Centre Marocain des Droits de l'Homme à Elhajeb dont voici la traduction :

L'intervention des forces de l'ordre s'était alors soldée par l'arrestation de huit étudiants.
Le tribunal de première instance d'Errachidia a condamné, jeudi, huit étudiants, poursuivis pour "rassemblement non-autorisé sur la voie publique", à des peines allant de six mois à un an de prison avec sursis.
Deux étudiants ont ainsi écopé chacun d'une peine de prison d'un an, alors que les six autres ont été condamnés à six mois avec sursis.
Notons que Mohamed IBNELAZIZ est né le 15-03-1983 au village d'Agweddim n Tinghir. Il a la maîtrise en Géophysique. Saïd KANDOUL, quant à lui, est né le 15-07-1984 à Imassinen, Askouren, Warzazat . Il est en 2ème année MST Génie Civil à la Faculté d'Imteghren.
Ainsi, le Makhzen arabiste intrus poursuit sa campagne barbare contre le Mouvement Culturel Amazigh (MCA), tentant désespéramment de faire taire la voix du peuple amazigh qui s'oppose à la soumission à cette idéologie envahissante.

Leurs noms viennent s'ajouter à la liste des autres détenus politiques de la cause amazighe à la geôle Touchka : Prison locale d'Imteghren.
Suite aux détentions successives des militants du MCA et des agressions des bandes arabistes alliées au pouvoir makhzenien, le Mouvement Culturel Amazigh section d'Imteghren (Errachidia) vient de publier l'avis suivant.

la Coordination Nationale du Mouvement Culturel Amazigh appelle à un sit-in devant la cour d'appel de Warzazat le 14 Avril 2008 à partir de 09heures du matin. Ce sit-in sera organisé en soutien aux détenus amazighs dans la prison de Warzazat et qui comparaitront devant les juges.
Dans le cadre de sa lutte légitime engagée ,le MCA estudiantin a subi des détentions politiques dont le but est d'éradiquer la seule voix libre militante pour la cause amazighe au sein du campus universitaire, le comité de soutien d'Imteghren porte à la connaissance de l'opinion nationale et internationale que :
• La séance du jugement de Boujmaa OULLAIJ et Brahim MOUACHA a été reportée du 03-04-2008 au 10-04-2008.
le comité de soutien aux détenus politiques de la cause amazighe d'Imteghren a publié cette information qui apporte des nouvelles de certains militants incarcérés à la prison Touchka d'Imteghren.
Cet incident est suivi par la presse marocaine. Le quotidien "Almasa" publie le communiqué des élèves du mouvement culturel Amazigh. "Annahar Ameghribya" a pour sa part évalué les incidences d'une telle repression au moment même où est dépêchée sur place une Commision d'Enquête américaine chargée d'examiner la situation des militants Berbères emprisonnés.
Selon un communiqué publié par les élèves du mouvement culturel Amazigh (Berbère) Klaa n Imgun(Klaat Mguna) Asif n Dades, Warzazat Sud-est du Maroc, 27 élèves ont été expulsés du Lycée Lwurud Klaat Mguna après avoir été enlevés et interrogés par les autorités locales. Ces interpellations interviennent après leur participation remarquée aux manifestations en faveur des détenus politiques de la cause berbère.
e 31 Mars 2008, une délégation du l'Association Aknarij en Pays-bas s'est rendu à Boumalene Dades et tenu une reunion avec le Comité de soutien des Familles et Détenus de Boumalene au siège de l'Espace Cutturel Amal Dadès à Khémis Ndades, et a declaré qu'elle est décidé d'aller de l'avant et de mobiliser fermement tous les efforts et les relations qu'elle entretient avec ses partenaires en Europe pour libérer les innocents détenus de Boumalene
La manifestation qui a marqué la présence de représentants de différentes associations et organisations des droits de l'homme s'est terminée avec l'accord de se revoir au plus vite pour une coordination plus large et pour l'organisation d'autres actions et leur intensification.

Nous, associations signataires de cet appel, dénonçons la politique anti-amazighe de l'Etat marocain. Aussi, nous dénonçons le silence complice des partis politiques marocains et des pseudo organisations des droits de l'Homme qui semblent être acquises à l'idéologie arabo-musulmane hostile à l'amazighité.
Depuis mai 2007, la police marocaine a procédé à l'arrestation de militants amazighs au sein des universités d'Agadir, Meknès et Imteghren. A Meknès et à Imteghren où plusieurs étudiants arrêtés et ont subi tortures et humiliations, nombre d'entre eux ont été condamnés à des peines de prison allant de sept mois à trois ans de prison. A ce jour, 16 étudiants militants du MCA croupissent dans les prisons marocaines.
En réponse et comme dans ses habitudes, les autorités marocaines ont procédé à des rafles et à des arrestations arbitraires notamment à Boumaln Dadès. Le 21 février 2008, le tribunal de Ouarzazate a prononcé des peines de prison allant de un an à six ans de prison ferme, à l'encontre de dix détenus dont un mineur. Encore récemment, la police marocaine a procédé à l'arrestation arbitraire du jeune Ahid Daoud, militant du Mouvement culturel amazigh à Imteghren
La marginalisation systématique de la culture et de la langue amazighes n'est qu'une conséquence logique d'un certain nombre de facteurs d'ordre législatif, politique, socioculturel et économique imposés par l'Etat marocain. Ainsi, de nombreux villages et villes de Tamazgha occidentale (Maroc) ont connu une série de manifestations populaires pour dénoncer l'exclusion et la marginalisation dont ils sont victimes

La chambre criminelle près la cour d'appel de Ouarzazate a accordé lundi la liberté provisoire à trois personnes, sous caution de 5000 DH, Brahim OUROUZAN (alias "5-5"), Brahim AIT HESSAIN et l'élève Charif ABDENNASER parmi les dix détenus de Boumaln Dadès, arrêtés dans le cadre des événements survenus le 6 janvier dernier.

Selon un communiqué publié par les élèves du mouvement culturel Amazigh (Berbère) Klaa n Imgun(Klaat Mguna) Asif n Dades, Warzazat Sud-est du Maroc, 27 élèves ont été expulsés du Lycée Lwurud Klaat Mguna après avoir été enlevés et interrogés par les autorités locales. Ces interpellations interviennent après leur participation remarquée aux manifestations en faveur des détenus politiques de la cause berbère.

Depuis mai 2007, la police marocaine a procédé à l'arrestation de militants amazighs au sein des universités d'Agadir, Meknès et Imteghren. A Meknès et à Imteghren où plusieurs étudiants arrêtés et ont subi tortures et humiliations, nombre d'entre eux ont été condamnés à des peines de prison allant de sept mois à trois ans de prison. A ce jour, 16 étudiants militants du MCA croupissent dans les prisons marocaines.

En réponse et comme dans ses habitudes, les autorités marocaines ont procédé à des rafles et à des arrestations arbitraires notamment à Boumaln Dadès. Le 21 février 2008, le tribunal de Ouarzazate a prononcé des peines de prison allant de un an à six ans de prison ferme, à l'encontre de dix détenus dont un mineur. Encore récemment, la police marocaine a procédé à l'arrestation arbitraire du jeune Ahid Daoud, militant du Mouvement culturel amazigh à Imteghren
