Yeah i have been in other countrys and they shuttle people around underground on cars , like a miniture subway , being in the construction trade for 25 years , 4 storiies is alot more than for luggage :-)

listen the government isn't that stupid. there is obviously way more building then she was shown it's over 50 miles long is it not and it's most likely more than 4 stories. even outside of that though, when it comes to the portraits why doesnt anyone ever inquire on the mayan girl holding the tablet with dates on it?? thats the real message.. what arent they telling us? . the airport is also in the shape of an nazi symbol coincidence I think not.

Uhh, why not paint over the crazy art if it is so weird, and alarming? I doubt, really, there are a lot of art admirers who show up at the airport, and would really be outraged if the murals were replaced with something a bit more alluring and appropriate for a public space.
